Asking for a colleague in Bulgaria. When he accesses the miro.com website, it comes up in a foreign language that he is unable to read (looks like German). Why is this happening and how to make it so that it comes up in English? He tried with different browsers and they all behave the same way.

+7What happens when he tries to access it using incognito mode? Can he try to access Miro using the desktop app? Is he able to send you a screenshot of what he is seeing so that you can post it here?

Hi, after a screen sharing session with him, I got it to accept all cookies for the miro site in his Firefox browser and it started to display in English. I don’t know if that was a coincidence or if the fix but it seems to be working now.
