I have a consultant plan for which I get billed monthly (last time on November 20). However if I sign in, the account settings indicate me that I have a free plan. I have used Miro since March 2020 without any issues.

Right now I cannot use the features that I pay for, as only the free plan features are available. The customer support team has not responded to the support request that I did 31 hours ago. In 12 hours time I have to facilitate a workshop for a client. Any suggestions how to solve this?

Have you tried logging in using incognito mode on your browser or via the desktop app to see if that gets you logged in successfully?

@EJ73 - If someone with a Free Plan had shared a link to one of their boards, you may have been added to their team and now have additional team dashboards available to you, e.g., I have a Consultant Plan, but am also a member of multiple other teams that I can switch between:
