Can you provide more details about what this capability provides as the screenshot doesn’t really clarify that? If you are referring to the ability to reference a template by a link, that was added to Miro recently…

yes ofcourse!
People within the organisation create their own templates and share the template link with everyone else. So as long people have a Mural license (regardless of workspace they belong to) can access the template link > click on Create Mural from template and it creates a copy of the board within their workspace.
I’d like to achieve this with Miro too
I believe that’s what the new capability of copying template links allows you to do. You can send the link to someone and they could then use that to create a board:
