Hi.As admin of the company, last Friday we distributed a very simple web plugin for one of our teams.The plugin is on an https url and the application was successfully created and several users were able to test it.The problem is that today when a user loads the boards, when trying to request authorization from the user a message appears with "Application not found".If I access the application with the "Dev team" and try to reinstall it, it tells me "Resource not found" "Something goes wrong"...However, if I access the https url where the plugin is hosted, it is accessible.What's happening? Where is our application?

HI everybody, which payment plan do I need to be able to invite named guests for seminars? I don’t need them as team members because, they are only working on Miro for a couple of days. Thanks in advance for some help.

I’m a seasoned user and this is driving me mad. I spend ages designing a collaborative worksheet with multiple frames. If I lock it my users can’t edit it. If I don’t lock it they end up moving and/or deleting everything.Is there anyway I can lock an object’s location while still allowing people to use the object?I cannot tell you how important this feature is...

I am new to Miro. Have been playing mostly with Swim Lane process diagrams. Recently, any of the cards I’ve dragged onto the board have been too small to see and I can’t even drag them larger. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks,

Hello,I am developing a chatbot application to guide users through the process of data analysis.In this context, beside of the chatbot, I need a visualization tool that allows user to follow the different steps of data preprocessing and data analysis.My Idea was to use Miro for this visualization tool. Indeed, I could iteratively fill in the board with the information produced by the chatbot at each interaction. For example, when a user uploads a new dataset to the chatbot, I could add a shape containing some summary statistic about that dataset. Or, when a user asks what are the attributes of the dataset, I could add a shape containing the list of the attributes.I very much like that idea because it would provide a customizable visualization tool, where user can rearrange the widgets produced by the chatbot.The simplest way to achieve that is to use the Miro API. This way, I can send a call to generate a widget each time an operation is performed. However, I would like to have images

I am new to Miro but I’m trying to understand which objects are defined as containers and which ones are define as objects(shapes).  I’ve tried to treat some Container looking object’s like container’s but they function as a object.  One thing in particular is the brainwriting template, at first I thought it would operate as a table of sticky notes but it operates as an organized group of sticky notes where the stickies over lap and do not automatically adjust to the change in size of the other stickies.  Can some one describe or define the pattern or definition of what is an object and what is a container in Miro?  Thank you for your help.

Hi,  SO my company has an enterprise plan and I’ve been assigned a licence and sent an invite form the admin. I’ve accepted the invite but when I log in it still says I’m on the free version and need to upgrade? Are there any other steps I need to do to?  Thanks

Is there a way to use tag visiting users while they are in the board.I do not want to use @board.  I want to tag a client is who is using the board for a specific project and then moving on.

Your Windows Version still sucks in Sign in with google. And when sign in with email and password it showing blank screen. Please fix. It’s hopeless this big tech company isn’t able to produce app that sign in with google 

The component size of design sprint template in board is way larger than the others Once added, the design sprint template is hard to be deleted from the board via multi-selecting -- Because many frames in it are locked. Do you also have the similar experiences?

Hello  i have a paid account, and all boards are working perfectly, but suddenly one specific board is not opening, it’s keeping loading for infinite time, with black background some times what is have tries Open from APP on mac open from safari on macopen from fire fox on macopen from Chrome on macopen from Brave on mac [multiple machines ]Open from APP on windows open from Chrome on windowsOpen from APP on windows open from safari on iPhoneOpen from APP on iPhone  Checked on different connection, with and without VPN my http://websocketstest.com/ is fine.Tried from company main team, from my account as team member, and from public account using public link.duplicate board and check new one,download backup and restore it and check restored oneand unfortunately still stuck in the same situation, noting that all other boards are working fine.

I recently updated my Miro Windows app and after that it doesn’t work any more.When I try to open it says:System error: the code execution cannot proceed because ffmpeg.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.When I try to uninstall it says:Windows cannot find C:\……..\REaltimeBoard\Update.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.And when I want to install the app again, it says:There was an error while installing the application. Check the setup log for more info and contact the author. Any ideas what I can do?

Hi All,I’ve been asked to help support a team who are using miro boards in their training courses. We’d like to be able to check previous versions of a board so attendees can check on what it looks like when the board has been populated - this is specifically for when carrying out training exercises with course attendees. Or a button that shows what the exercise looks like when populated - either would be good :) We’d also like to be able to have a clickable button that attendees can click on the board that provides guidance on how to complete the training exercise - so essentially this information is hidden until someone clicks the button and its then revealed and then they can hide the info again once they've read it. Firstly is this do-able? Secondly, is this do-able on the free version? Thanks!CC

Hi all,I currently have a very large Miro board with multiple frames - I was wondering if there is a feature to hot key different frames or locations on the Miro board so you can simply click a key (or create a custom hotkey) to go directly to that place on the Miro board.Thanks!

If I export some sticky notes that are tagged, what happens to the tags?  I’m especially interested in the csv export, but would like to know the outcome for the other file types, as well.Also, can I export multiple groups of stickies at once, and how will they be organized?  For example, if I do affinity mapping and have four frames for categories, can I export all four frames into one csv, and how can I expect the categories/frames to be organized and represented?

Hi I have just implemented an Enterprise account at my company, ~40 users. I have set up a team structure to manage permissions and who-can-see-what. The teams are largely exclusive, but there is a limited amount of cross over where some folk have a primary and a secondary team. Is there a way of setting which of their teams will be the default when someone opens Miro? I want to minimise the setting up of boards in the wrong placesThanks!

Hello, logged onto my miro account to find none of my boards to be existing. Had a really important school project that is now completely gone. I have not accidentelly delated anything. Please help me.
