I have tried backing up 2 boards (web) a few times with a fiber connection and it keeps failing. Very frustrating. I see download.json and “failed - server problem”. I also tried backing up the boards using the Miro desktop application and they also keep failing. Thoughts/suggestions?

Can you try backing up a new board with just one object in it to see if that works? How about if you duplicate one of the two boards which aren’t working right now and seeing if you can back up the duplicate? If backing up is failing for all of your boards, I’d recommend opening a support request here: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?referer=community
