I received the notification on my bank account that I had purchased one Miro plan, but in my Miro account I still have my free plan, I didnt receive any email or actualization from Miro, but the money has been charged

@Monika Robles - A support ticket has been opened on your behalf.

Did you by chance create a whole new team using the Add teams action vs. upgrading your existing Free Plan team and now have a new team in your dashboard? Example:

 

 


I only have one team created in the app, so there’s no extra team in which the pay must be 


@Monika Robles - Understood. You should have received a confirmation email that a support ticket was opened for you. Let’s see what they have to say.


I didn’t receive any email, that’s why I’m confused, I’m only receiving the Miro Community emails with this problem 


@Monika Robles - Can you see the support ticket if you:

  1. Go to https://help.miro.com/hc/
  2. Click on “Sign in” at the top right
  3. Then click on your name and “My activities”?
