How can I see the AI transaction limit so that I can be choiceful as I am evaluating how to use this feature most effectively for my organization? I don’t see a way to identify what the monthly limit is in the FAQs or community forums nor anything in the UI when I go to use the features that shows a count down.The result is, having reached my cap quickly last month, I am a bit gunshy to use it too much this month to just experiment because I want to be able to show this in action to my teams and execs as I learn more about how I can imagine us using it.

Als RE habe ich auf einem Miro-board ein Kanbanboard mit Karten in verschiedenen Status.Gibt es eine Möglichkeit diese Karten nach Teams Planner in ein Kanbanboard mit gleichen Status/Buckets zu exportieren?Im Teams Planner kann ich die Aufgaben mit meinem Kalender verknüpfen.Wenn ja wie funktioniert das?  Ich have a Kanbanboard in an Miroboard with Chards in different status. Is there a opportunity to export the cards in an Kanbenvoard to Microsoft Planner with the same Bucket/Status ?How does this work? I hope for Response. Thank youCharly

Hi everyone,I created a board a few days ago to try Miro to write the timeline of a book and I have just let the bookmark opened that day (thinking I could just connect to come back on it).Today I tried to open it again and the website told me to connect, and then, to ask for an access to the board. I clicked to ask for permission and I received a link in my own mailbox to change access parameters.In my dashboard there is no Boards…In my mailbox I have a link to the Board, but if I click on it, it tells me again to ask for access… To myself!I can’t give access to my own board as it is invisible in my dashboard… Because I have no access to it. But if I ask for permission I receive emails in my own mailbox. I am alone on this board and I only have one email address to work on.How can I give myslef an access to it? Thank you for your help !Mickael

I am struggling to add/assign Team Admin rights for our RTE.  They have a full licence and are part of the team.But everytime I select their name and click on the three dots - I only get “User details” and “delete from team”.Am I missing a step or a setting or a condition for the Team Admin assignment to appear?

Can you pay for Miro prototype for just one member of the team?

Hey thereit seems that since the last update after klicking frames in the frame list on the right, the frames don´t fit to screen anymore? This is a desaster for my workshop workflow! Are there any possibilities to get back the function that a single frame fits to screen after klicking on the name in the frame list on the right? Thank you very much for an answer!

I’m looking to get more users trained in Miro for our large scale company, due to licensing limitations and complications across different tools/knowledge bases, we want to host all of the Miro training, learning, and resources directly in our Miro instance. Our ideal state is mixing formats into one suite, and a board experience to walk through users during live trainings or asynchronously to learn the basics of navigating the tool, as well as facilitation. I’ve done some digging and found general training modules for other tools, but has anyone created this for Miro, in Miro? Looking for inspiration, templates, or guidance before we remake the wheel. Hi there!I only have one board in my team and my team is just me.But its saying that its blocked because only the first 3 will be able to edit.Please help me

I used the Copy Board Link, as recommended by Miro to send out my board to ‘guests’ for an upcoming session. A day later, one of the guests who received the link showed as a Member in my Admin Portal. How did that happen? and how can I avoid that in the future. I have the Business plan. 

Hi, We have multiple users in Miro and it seems that if a comment is read by one team member, it does not appear as read already when another team member reviews the board and it causes extra work in reviewing the comments. Is there a setting that can make the read comment unhighlighted/read globally across all users if it is clicked and read to avoid duplication of work? Thank you. 

After the recent Miro update to adding Alt Tags to images, the images no longer display their filenames. We use miro often to work with many images and use the filenames for search/reference in other apps and documentation.Is there an option somewhere to display the filename or was this feature removed?

I am using the Education plan for Miro, and created an account using my school email, which is an Outlook account, which is by default our student identification number followed by the school’s email domain.Eg:e1234567@xx.xx.xx A few months back I realised that there was a link through which we could apply to change our school email address to be our name instead of the string of numbers, and I applied through the link provided by school IT department, and consequently my email address was changed. The inbox and everything remains the same, so I assume it is some kind of forwarding address that still links back to the original account. New email would be:(firstname)(lastname)@xx.xx.xx Recently, my miro education plan required me to resubmit school credentials to continue being on the education plan, and I had to redo everything again including providing an email address to send the confirmation link to. Hi, as Miro says thats the only official way to reach out to them I'll ask my question here.We have been using Miro in the previous company few years ago and now i just noticed in my card statement that miro is still charging my card. Im not sure which account the card is assigned to.I only have a miro board address which was supposedly created by that account with the subscription, but i don't know how to identify its owner, in order to restore an access.Any help will be much appreciated.

HI,I have a business subscription.From my interface, my boards are obviously displayed.Another company gives me an access to one of its board as a guest. My need: I would like to access to this external board from my desktop application. But I only see the boards of my company, not the ones from others where I am guest. How to make that happen ?Thanks

When the jira icon is selected it prompts the user to upgrade to a Business account, but jira integration for card purposes is still listed on the included services for the Ed accounts. Has anyone else had this issue? Know the fix?
