I paid for a monthly plan for 46 users by mistake. I would like to request a refund so that I can change my subscription to a monthly plan for one user and just visitors as i don’t own a team and the people editing my board are my students, I’m not willing to pay for their subscriptions.
I could not find a direct way to contact the subscription or billing team, so I am reaching out through this request.
