we have a single Miro user that cannot embed Azure Devops ticket info into their Miro board despite Azure Cards being set at and Organisation level and the user is included in relevant groups both on Miro and Azure. It seems to work as normal for everyone else and up until recently it also worked for the user in question. Any ideas as to why ??
