I can see all my personal templates but cant filter them by name to save time searching through. When I do just community templates show.

On our end, everything works fine when searching for a personal template by its name:

Is this what you meant by “filtering by name”? If so, you can try following the troubleshooting steps mentioned here. Does this help? Let me know if I’m missing anything here.
