Left a team, lost my board

Hi I left a team from an old training I did at my previous job, thinking that was ok. But I lost my board. Any way someone can help me get it back. It was several hours of work for developing a theory of change activity for my team, we are a non-profit. Help getting the board back would be amazing! So sorry I Made this mistake! Thank you,

UPDATE: was able to mostly re-create my board pretty quickly, so all is well. Can’t delete my post, sorry about that.

I hope someone can answer us because I lost ALL my personal boards when I left my own team from my previous work account. It was written that my personal account was the owner of the boards, so I thought that I’d still have them even if I left the team of my work account.Β  I am pretty upset now. I had a dozen of large boards.
