Hi Team,I have subscribed started plan in Miro and integrated the Miro in my website, I can able to see the dev team boards but not able to see the normal boards, I am getting the below error. I am suspecting this issue could because of I configured the client id of dev team, couldn’t able to create/see the client id for normal team board. My objective is integrate the normal team board, not the dev team board. What should I do?

Hi all.I am using the basic mind map template and while some nodes retain the ability to add branches when i hover over them, others do not? How can I resolve this please

Is there any way to navigate to the specific frame in presentation mode only with keyboard inputs?Instead of going back and forth one by one, I’d like to jump to specific frame without clicking frames list in the interface. Simple shortcut to navigate to the number/name of frame would be ideal.Thanks for the support!Kaz

Hi Miro family, I am interested in getting better at template design. I really want to make things that look good while at the same time meeting the client’s expectations. I am most eager to design for workshop ideation as well as project management. I’ve gone through the resources but there’s a lot and I am hoping someone can help me focus on a few things that I should target. Would really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

I imported a template board from Miroverse, but it seems it has overwritten my existing board!Even if I delete the elements, my previous stuff seem to be gone! And I cant revert back! (why is it so?) *SOLVED* : I went to SETTINGS ->VERSIONS and could revert back that way! Phew! =)Strange that the regular BACK button didnt work though!

I’m looking at a refurbish iMac  2013 with extra ram and HD - and I intend to record Zoom meetings using Miro.   Is there any reason to think that Miro will still work in next 5 years with OS that cant update?Who & What would i need to ask about this? thanks

Hello!Is it possible to assign an event to any button on the keyboard in Miro? I am trying to use the following code:alert("1");document.addEventListener('keydown', funсKey);function funсKey() { alert("2");}The first alert displays "1", but the second one does not work when you press the button on the keyboard. I tried to do this by replacing "keydown" with "click", but it didn't work either.

HiI’m not able to upload an old .rtb board that I have backuped few months ago. The file is 200 Mb isch. Looks like the desktop app doesn’t load it and the webapp indicates file is too big. Okay but how I might recover my file ? Any other solution ? I’m would like to change the email for my consultant plan to put a professional one but it doenst’ work as well. It indicates me to create a new account. btw there is NO direct email to contact support anywhere in the customer support page it is absolutely hidden…any idea ? 

Is it possible to capture properties of a Jira Card on a Miro board? I am wondering if the Jira card extends a Card Widget which means Jira Cards can be called via the SDK’s read method?

Hi, I’m trying to create a Kanban item but no success. Is it possible in current API version? I’m trying to send my payload to `https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/:board-id/kanbans` but no success.

I have been working on a decision tree and suddenly I cant make more options/decisions at the outer end of the branches, only at the first ones.

Hi everyone,I upload jpgs of our catalog designs every day for stakeholders to review.  As changes come in I make them in Sketch, export to a new jpg, and then re-upload to the same spot Miro.  Does Miro have the functionality to auto update any jpgs that are updated so that I don’t have to upload the new jpg every time there is an edit?

? will old mac OS work with Miro in the future? i'm lookin at older mac < from friend> to record zoom classes and miro- it has 3T and ? 32 Gb ram.   i need zoom and miro to work…  I want tto know if Miro will work with this computer forr 5-10 years.orr will it be obsolete? thanks

Hi! Help me! I don’t know what’s the problem, but Miro doesn’t work on my phone and tablet, it works only on my laptop. And there is the same problem among my colleagues and team members. 

Im looking to see if there is a Miro plugin or native support from exporting a UML class diagram from Miro to an XMI file? If not does anyone know a way of achieving this?
