Hello my fellow Miro members, I have had this problem for the past few months where the share setting of my board automatically changed to “No access” when it was “Can Edit” before. This problem occurs every few weeks after I set the share setting to “Can Edit”. I am wondering if anyone has had this problem and how did you fix it. Please let me know and thank you in advance!

In the mind map on one side of the map, the fonts are of the same size, and on the other side there are different sizes. How to fix this?

hey there…when wireframing in miro, different sized text boxes and assets (like images, buttons etc.) never align correctly using the align tool. i always have to align them manually, which drains a considerable amount of time. below is a screenshot of the problem. you can see the red line is the actual alignment reference and all assets align in different horizontal positions…and if i select the assets and use the align tool, here's how it looks.…you can see that vertical alignment completely fails. does anyone know how to tackle this issue?

Hi, I have little problem with coloring my circle. I want color left side of it with green and right side with purple. Can I do that? 

I drag multiple pdf files (each with multiple pages, 1 image per page) into the board so that all images appear as horizontal lists in the same order in which they appeared in the pdfs. I select random blocks of the above images and align them horizontally or vertically by dragging them using auto-layout. Repeat this multiple times so that the order of all the images is now all mixed up. I align everything horizontally then vertically so that they all stack up Objects are now stacked up in the original order (not in the mixed up order)Any way to change point 4 so that the objects are stacked up in the mixed up order?

Hi MirobiansI’d like to be able to lock the size and shape of a box into which I want workshop participants to be able to type text.At the moment I’ve created rectangle shapes, but if I lock them then they can’t have text added.If I unlock the shape, then participants can move them by mistake. I’m wondering is a locked grid is the best thing to use?CheersMike

Hi, I have been researching into how to add a dashboard to Miro but cannot find much info on this at all. I have tried to insert a Dashboard following the instructions on this source https://miro.com/blog/data-dashboards-miro/ however, when I insert a dashboard link as instructed it just appears as a box with the name of the Dashboard inside as opposed to a live dashboard. 

For some reason I can’t add new colors using the color drop. I cleared all cookies, cache, reboot laptop… the struggle is real! Anyone that had the same problem? HELP PLEASE!

I get this errormessage when I try to open a Miro board. I think the problem occured when I installed Miro in Teams. Hello! I made a payment yesterday to improve the tariff (2 payments so that I have access for 2 years). As a result, the money was debited, but the tariff was not updated on starter. I wrote to the mail and request #543360 was registered. I still have the FREE version. I planned to have information that my account has been extended for 2 years.

The problem : I want to details of the board (specifically the viewport of the board) , that i have embedded to my web app using live embed. I do have the board ID , and accessToken that is given by boardpicker . Is there way any to control the embedded miro board using the web sdk with the details that i already have ?Currently using the web sdk.js package to the project always returns empty viewport data, mostly because the app is NOT authenticated with the board embedded in my webapp .Any help is very much appreciated 

I just paid for the 1st paid tier of Miro to use for both school and work, even though I work independently. My bank account was charged, and yet my account still says that I’m on the free version. I only have one team, so I’m not sure how apparently that team is free while also taking $15 CAD from my account.What am I supposed to do? There’s no way for me to contact Miro support directly because of the way they have their support system and subscriptions tied to each other. I’m in university, and I know $15 may not be a whole lot, but it’s enough.

Hi folks, hoping you can help I’ve been reading up on Bulk Mode for Sticky Notes, which sounds like what I need.  However, the guide illustrates Bulk Mode is at the bottom of the Stick pop up, but it’s not showing for me.  What am I doing wrong? 

Hello Im a sys admin for my organization and we have a  Enterprise plan. Is there a way to see what apps our employees are using inside of miro? Is there data or any analytics we have access to as admin to see this information?

hey,one of the mail accounts in our company got compromised and started sending out links to a public, read-only Miro board with an attachment leading to an URL under a .ru domain. 

Dear community,  is there a backup done by miro automatically (team plan)?  What would happen, if a board, that has a link that is open for everybody, gets “hacked” and all the content would be deleted?  If there is no solution in place yet, how do you guys handle the topic? My shortcuts (cmd + 1, cmd + 2, cmd + 0) are not working. Fit to screen in the map works, but not the shortcut keys. I have reinstalled, tried the browser and the desktop app, reset the application data and nothing works. I am on an M1 Mac.
