gif issue

I've uploaded several gifs, and it's very frequent that gifs don't work properly.
What is the reason for this?
If you put one up, if you put several up, this phenomenon is still happening.

I thought it would take a long time to load because of the capacity of the image, but even if I wait a long time, this problem won't be solved.

If I keep refreshing the web page, it just happens to run properly, which is very uncomfortable.


Is this problem related to subscription services?
I don't think so, but I don't know why.
