Just today Links Pasted into Comments are not working.  The text is highlighted blue color and you can Click on the text but nothing happens.  Anyone experiencing this problem?

Recently workshop participants that i’ve invited via link are not able to edit the board anymore - just comments are possible. Is this a bug? How am I suppossed to run workshops with bigger groups?

Hi ,We have an issue with the Jira integration in Miro. When we try to create new Jira tickets in Miro, we are unable to fill  the Epic Link.  We don’t have this issue for all other fields where we have to select a value, such as assignee, projects, fix version, Team and so on. Why only Epic link is Working?Tested in Jira to search for Epic link , there it works , But not in MIRO . Why 

It would be nice to have a function to do a backup of a whole project at once. And maybe also to delete a project with all boards.

Please help in the question if Miro can create mulitple identical boards at the same time.I need to create over 100 boards at the same time multiple times a year.It is a maunal task that requires alot of time. Thank you,

I’ve been trying to go through a lot of articles and the miro help center, but i’m finding it really challenging to raise a MIRO support ticket. IS it just me???? or is this just well buried somewhere in a help document?

Hello! We run into trouble regardless our Team Admin in our Board. Currently in our board there are Team Admin with inactive e-mail (he’s last log was on jan 18 2021). Can, please, someone from Support Team help us with change of Team Admin ? Thank you!

I used to be a fan of Miro, until our account was up for renewal in May. That’s when my faith in Miro completely plummeted. Here’s my story….We’ve been using Miro for 3 years now. When our account came up for renewal in May, there was a little delay in getting finance to approve it. We went back and forth with support and our account went in and out of being frozen. I understand that Miro doesn’t want delinquent customers to keep using it for free. On our end, we eventually got the $4000 payment approved and the PO was submitted and our account was unlocked. During this time, communicating with billing support was very slow. We would get a response, at the most once a day.  We asked for a phone number or someone to talk to live, but was never provided with that. It was extremely frustrating, because our boards were locked and we couldn’t do our job! After about 2 weeks of back and forth emails with support, we were notified that our payment has been received and our account was unlocke

We use the Miro create sticky note item API (https://developers.miro.com/reference/create-sticky-note-item) and send HTML in the content field. We notice that the CSS styling (ex:  font-style: italic; etc) is not being reflected in the sticky note in default display (however its visible when it is in “edit” state). This seems to be a regression since this was visible before in default display. Can you suggest a way in which we can use the Sticky Note API to create notes with stylised (italics, bold, underline etc) content?

I am currently building a Web-App with monetization. That beeing said to keep it simple i want to only use the Web SDK and do not want to use Rest API. Nevertheless i am associating the access_granted of the App with the Miro user_id. So in order to see wether a user has linked his user_id with a license key of mine i would need to request the user_id in the Web SDK. Is this somehow possible? I stumbled accross some old community posts, that do not seem to be relevant anymore as some functions got deprecated with the new Web SDK. I am looking forward to your suggestions as i would really like to avoid needing to make use of the Rest API in this case.Thank you very much!!

Hi. In February this year I paid for a year Starter plan but now I can use only 3 Bords for editing, looks like my subscription was declined

As the Company Admin i’d normally been successful to use my mouse scroll wheel to go up and down the long list of Users. But for some reason, in the past weeks, that scroll and the arrow buttons are intermittently working on both MS Edge and Chrome. it’s so annoying. Can anyone please advise if there’s been recent changes?

Good morning. In the past I have set the frame that a collaborator will go to when a Miro board I own is opened. I cannot remember how to do this and for the life of me cannot find it in the help.  Can someone help me figure this out?  

I would love the community help.  I have done the basic courses in Miro.  My Client is the owner of the Miro Account and I am added to the Miro as a Member.  She is listed as the Company Admin Role.  We are looking to have our first team meeting using Miro via Zoom.  My Client will send the zoom link to all the team members and I am to create the Miro Board and have them all join the board once the meeting starts.  I have loaded Miro app to my zoom and I can see any boards that I create.  Question on the step by step process for zooming with a miro board?Should my user access be changed from Member to Company Admin in order to join my clients zoom link for the meeting. My client is currently listed as Company Admin User Role. OR should I be creating the zoom meeting for all to join and running the Miro as well from my end.  I am confused on this and how it works. Auto generate a MIRO board from text in Omni Outliner. Omni Outliner to Omni Graffle is terrific, but a MIRO board would be more accessible to a wider team.

If I embed a miro board on my website and create a mindmap from there, is it possible to read and store the name of entities and relationships into my database? How do I do it? Thanks

Ok, so it seems, judging by the other related topics that popped up when I entered mine, lagging and freezing is a common Miro board usage issue; uh oh :(In my situation, the problem has been going on for well over a year. Sadly, as my need increases so too does the lagging; a perfectly good vehicle stuck spinning my wheels in deeper and sloppier mud, eeek!! It has been so horrendous at times that I just grab my trusty pen, butchers’ paper and physical sticky notes and madly try doing my job the old fashioned way… which only means having to duplicate my effort all over again using an alternative suite of digital tools because my work processes and clients demand and deserve this.Occasionally usage will be bearable and I guess it is indicative of my level of patience to have not sought direct support or troubleshooting until now. But I am getting truly fed up. It legit (sic) takes several seconds, sometimes 10’s of seconds for my single click anywhere on the Miro board to do ANYTHING. I

If i could put my graphics as a first layer and do the workshop, or sprints with attendees on a second layer would really improve the possibilities. As it is now I lock the graphics before the session. People contribute with sticky notes etc.Suddenly where is a change of the original template that will help the workflow but then the challenge come. Unlocking, do the change and lock without messing up the contributed material.Are MIRO planning layers? cheersstefan

I changed the email address of my free account to an email address that contained a typo, I doubt this address actually exists. I don’t remember the new, incorrect email address that contains a typo, so I cannot reset my password. I need to log back in but I don’t know the email address I updated my account to.

When using the business plan, am I able to see which user has made what changes to a board - esp if edits are made outside of a group working session?  Thanks in advance
