Not seeing BILLING Section even though i am the company admin

Hi there,

 

I am a company admin in Miro for my organization. however, i can’t access the billing section. How do i access the billing section?

@Deep7 - You mentioned “Company Admin”, so I will assume you have either the Business (or old Consultant Plan) or the Enterprise Plan – these are the only plans with the Company Admin role.

For the Consultant/Business, you should see it under:

  1. Team profile:
  2. Company:
  3. And then Account → Billing:

     

If you aren’t seeing that, then you may have an Enterprise Plan subscription which is handled very differently – some more info on this here.
