Hello everyone, I occasionally encounter an issue with imported .pdf documents. They are often displayed incorrectly, as shown in the attachment. Is there a solution for this?

I've now lost access to the boards I created within that team, which has important information I still need. Hi I have a problem and can't find any information about it.I use the method miro.board.createCard to create new cards described on the page https://developers.miro.com/docs/card_card-1If I don't add cusftom fields i.e. leave the array empty ( fields: [] ) - by clicking the detail preview icon for the card - I can edit the fields (color, author, description, etc.) However, if you add a custom fieldfields: [ { value: 'Bug fix', iconUrl: 'https://cdn-icons-png.flaticon.com/512/3867/3867669.png', iconShape: 'round', fillColor: '#E5E5E5', textColor: '#000000', tooltip: 'Caption text displayed in a tooltip when clicking or hovering over the preview field', }, ],- in this preview all fields are lockedI cannot change them here.However, from the toolbar I can do it (for some fields)This bar allows you to change the fields: color, status, date, author, tag, etc. However, you cannot provide a description.Question:Why are the fields in the preview blocked after adding custom firlds and cannot be

Is there a way to read the team name through the SDK? Or do i have to make a backend REST call to fetch the team name? (One problem i see with this approach is that the Team API is only available on the Enterprise plan - which makes sense for more complex team integrations like sync etc, but for just reading the team name its a bit overkill.)

Hello, I am currently writing a research paper and used Miro to organize a lot of my thoughts and conduct some user group research that I want to include in my paper. I only have the free plan, do I have permission to use the visuals I created in Miro in my paper? Not sure the rights regarding this, I of course will keep the watermarks.

Hi! I use a free Miro version and recently 2 functions have disappeared. Are "bring to front" and "bring to back" functions no longer available? 

Hi,I have added PlantUML app, created a sequence diagram and added it to my Miro board.I want to make a change to the created sequence diagram, but cannot find a way to go back to the PlantUML source code that created sequence diagram.Anyone had this experience? Can you please help?Br,Anil

Can participants turn the music on or off?Some people want to work while listening to music and others want to focus on the conversation, so I would like to know if there is a way to allow participants to change it individually!

Hello - I am a “free” board owner.  Until about a week ago everything was fine. Then the controls disappeared. Yes, I have followed all the suggestions from others (including incognito, alternative browser etc) and still there are no controls.  This board has been shared with a colleague who does have full control.I have been considering upgrading to the paid version but from this experience am more than a little concerned about the stability of Miro.Looking forward to some additional suggestions to help ease back my high grump index.

started to reuse/try miro again for newfound use casei double click on the space/board to be very surprise to find it didn’t create a new ‘text box’ like in milanote and basically every other tools/app in the world?uhhh…. ?  

Hello,I’m using the Frame shape in a UML diagram but the smallest height of the frame is quite large and won’t resize down any further. Not sure if this is a bug or the way it is but would appreciate a solution/workaround to condense the size.  

I just added by accident the planner widget to the creation toolbar. How to delete it for the creation toolbar?

Miro has a lot of templates but very little documentation on how to use them.  I’m specifically looking at the features audit template and there is very little “how to”. This is the same for may other templates out there. https://miro.com/templates/features-audit/

Can I customize my feed for it to only show me notifications of the board I’m in?

Hello everybody! Me and my collegue was working in the same board and we were sure she is the owner of this board. Today we came to an office and realized that our main board suddenly was deleted, not by us.And Miro doesn’t give us to restore that board. It saying only to ask the owner to restore it. But the point is that the owner (my collegue) can’t do it.What we can do? How we can know who is the owner of our deleted board? 

Hi everyone!I have some problems with creating projects, I didn't know how to contact with support so I decided to write a topic.I have education plan but on the upper left corner there’s inscription “free”does it mean that my student's subscription has not been activated, because I can’t create projects (folders), when I click “create a project”, a window with "start trial" appears. But I received an email that my subscription is activated. 

Hello! I had 3 active boards on friday and now is Monday and only 1 still is editable. Why? I did not make any other boards….Also in my recent boards I see one board which is not mine and I didnt add it and i can’t leave it. Could you please help me ? What shall I do to have possibility to edit?

Hi, I can’t log in my clickup account through the miro board. In the clickup popup in the board there is just simply no Login shown. I can’t find the answer to my problem. Does anybody have the solution?

Use case: I copied a miro frame’s link and pasted/embedded it to an external tool like ClickUp Docs.Issue: Copying the frame link shows the entire board, which at times does not show the frame initially but some other part of the board. This could be a problem to non-miro users who will view the file from ClickUp. Embedding specific frame links to external tools like ClickUp can be really helpful for dynamic teams. who may change the contents frequently.

I have not been able to move Elements forward or backward today with that notice displaying down in the screen. I have tried different profiles and different boards. How do I know I am using an interactive template and how do I finish using it? It is the first time I have this problem. Have anyone else had this problem and solved it? 

Up till now I have been able to embed a Miro whiteboard in a Google Meet call and then share it to all participants. Suddenly this feature isn’t working. I choose “Embed board” then “Start Activity”. The Miro whiteboard appears in my Meet window, but the other participants on the call can’t see it. And the option to “share this screen” is now greyed out, saying “You’re not allowed to share your screen”. It used to prompt me to share it, but now won’t even allow it manually. Something in the way the Miro add-on works seems to have broken.
