I decided to take time out from freelancing but wanted to keep all my boards for when I return. After realising all my boards have disappeared today I searched my trash and found this….
In 30 days or on August 7, 2023, if you are no longer using the team: *********, we will delete it and all the boards in it. Once deleted, we will be unable to recover boards. If you want to keep this team and your boards, downgrade to Free plan. Once on Free plan you can upgrade to the paid plan of your choice.
I received one email in my trash with notification Miro will be deleting my boards. I have no available contact with Miro support.
Has anyone had any luck recovering their boards. I am desperately needing my boards back.
