When double clicking on a box element that has text in it, in order to edit the text, the text instead moves about 4 inches to the left of the box, and cannot be edited. This can only be fixed by clicking around madly for a minute or two, until it finally works. I have a LOT of text to edit in Miro over the next few weeks. Why does something so simple not work, and what is a workaround/when will it be fixed? I don’t want to have to let my employed know that the enterprise app they are using doesn’t work.This is in the standalone Miro app (which we have to use, no web access allowed).

Let’s see. THis is such a bummer. No way to thicken mindmap lines? I cannot see them at all. It’s a bit of a joke no?

Yesterday we were trying the first time how the zoom integration works. In short: We were pretty disappointed.While collaborating in Zoom on a Miro board works fine, you can’t present the board -  what is essential for us as a school.I mean, the grey button “present” in the upper right corner technically exists, it’s just nothing happening if i click on it. So, since customer support for paying customers isn’t what it used to be these days, I am still hoping that it’s something like a bug or anything that can be solved.We really need to use a tool like zoom, so we can present the lessons to our students and in the same time let them participate and collaborate when it is needed, as well as sending them into breakout rooms while they still stay on the current miro-board.Alternatives to zoom are an option as well. PS: We tried “Around” as well, same problem with the “presentation”-button and additional sound bugs and closed Miro-board while testing it.

I don't know if it's related, but since updating Chrome to the latest version, I can't use Miro. After I login, it starts an infinite loading of the platform.Based on existing threads here, I already:. cleared cache. disabled all extensions. tried anonymous tabAnd all had the same behaviorSame machine, but using Safari, I can load Miro.Did anyone have a similar issue?Thanks

hide the toolbar that pops up when I select something. the mini toolbar is for formatting. it usually obscures information that I am going to reference.

Starting with a PDF image of a map copied onto the board, I want to either have lines of a set and unchangeable length that can be dragged onto the board and bent to fit along roads to show a path, or for the freehand pen tool to show the length drawn and/or to stop when a set distance has been reached.I want to use a map to allow route or network planning with a finite resource, for example design a bus network with x number of buses available. Each line equals a set distance that a bus can travel in a set time. The idea is to link lines to get a longer route, or double up lines to increase the frequency of the buses along the route.Does anyone know if this is possible?

I have Business plan in Miro, and I am an administrator. At some point, 2FA got enabled (we have never been on Enterprise plan.)I’ve just purchased a new phone, and would like to move 2FA there. However, looks like 2FA is an Enterprise feature, and I cannot do anything with it - not even disable.Any idea what can I do, please? Anyone else experienced this?Thank you,Agnes

I have used Miro extensively for 3 years on the educational account and this year when creating a 2024 board for my new class I cannot invite new students to it. I thought Miro offered unlimited use for educators? I’d appreciate any advice please, Bruce.

Hi! Recently I have encountered such a problem that Miro does not want to display images on the board. I just have a gray rectangle displayed and the image seems to be trying to load. But no matter how long I wait, it doesn't appear. Tell me, maybe someone is facing this problem now?

I am struggling with the migration of workflows from IBM Blueworks tool to Miro. I have a .vsdx file that I was able to export from Bigazi tool and when I tried to import it to Miro I got the error: We couldnt import your import your file, I am not sure why I cant import a vsdx file

I am trying to switch teams, when I make the selection and return to boards, it returns to the previous team, which is not the one I want.I am unsure how to make the team switch engage.POS UI on Miro’s part. Can anyone help?

Few days ago I’ve noticed changes in design of Kanban block: frames on the cards become thinner and text font smaller.In Firefox design isn’t changed.But in Chrome same board with same card and same zoom looks completely different.I’ve already tried to clear cache and application data in Chrome but it didn’t help.What should I do to make design of board in the Chrome browser look as in the Firefox?

Hey here, I am looking for the ideas.Given: Used Miro board during a call with a client. We agreed about High-Level backlog for next 6 months. All tasks are written down as Kanban Cards (which you can open, write a description, put assignee and tags).All tasks are estimated in hours, some of them are really heavy, other one smalls 1-2 h.  Capacity of our team could be adjusted. It could be 100 h/per months, 200, 300, 500 - client should choose. Client pays for dedicated amount of h. Of course he want to get all features sooner and in the same time pay for the less amount of h per month. I would like to show him the different timelines for next six months, where each months has 100h,200h/300h etc.Like we put all tasks for a timeline and see, that there are not enough space. Or all of them fit, and there is extra time. I did all of this manually: draw the line with months, adjusted the size of tasks. It is not cool. Would like to have some automation solution.

I have two Miro Boards. I want to copy some assets (a bunch of shapes, lines, text that form a large complex structure) from one board to the other. But the copy paste isn’t working? C

Not sure if anyone can direct me on this…I am experimenting with Miro to see if this is a tool that will work for our startup team…  Created a couple of boards last week… and now when I try to access one of them… am told that I need to request permission… from ME! I did request access from myself… which I was very willing to grant… and when I click in after given access… I see no sign of my work! The other bastard me, must have deleted it! Is there a trash bin somewhere, where I can retrieve the great work the other me was already up to? Thanks for sharing your insights!UPDATE: Resolved. If I start the PDF export in the Miro app (best quality) it start the export - closes the info panel - and then nothing happens. I cannot select a target directory or something else.And in my Windows Download folder is no PDF (as mentioned in the help).Where is the PDF stored?

When I copy and paste a diagram it pastes only text box with names of elements but if I duplicate diagram it works fine. I am unable to even copy and paste on the same board even after clearing cache and cookies in Safari.

The texts I used in the diagram disappear the next time I open the page. By clicking twice on the previous location of the text, the text becomes visible again.  why?

I have Stickies on my MIRO Board and the text is linked to a JIRA Issue.I.E. “Status Update March 2024” this text has the link to https://jira.com/ID-1234If I search “All Content” and search for ID-1234I do not get any results. I was expecting to find the Sticky with the text “Status Update March 2024”

Dear Miro team,I’m using the Miro desktop app and there expanding the pill to view the contents of the Confluence link (page) doesn’t work. It just shows “You need to be logged in to view this page”. We are using SSO to log into Miro.Is that a bug or a missing feature? I tried the same using the Miro web app and there it works.All the best,Marco
