Is there a way I can make the organisational chart clickable so that if a reader clicks my name for example, my profile or bio can popup ?

We found there is some update from Miro yesterday that the comments boxes group with numbers when the page zoom out, image as below:- Please advise how we can remove this function as this is not user friendly and the colored comments boxes could only be shown after we zoom in every single area which is very hard to notice the colored comments box.Thanks

Dear All,   I accidentally deleted a board named “Buyscouts research center” linked to my account (also I am an administrator of this board). As we use a free plan , I cannot find a way to restore it. Could you please help me to restore it?

I have used a ERD template and spent many hours crafting a ERD.  I log back into miro this morning and all of my work is gone, no trace of it.  What is going on?  How can I retrieve my work? Thanks

I am using the User Story Mapping cards for the first time so not sure if there are obivious answers but these are the issues I’ve found so far:When creating a Card, I don’t support there is a way to create relevant Jira sections? For example in addition to just a description there was a separate box for Acceptance Criteria. Then when you click Convert to Jira then the text automatically transfers into the right box. I can’t seem to find a way to bulk select multiple cards to then convert to Jira issue. At the moment you have to select each card using the Shift+click way rather than click and highlight group issues. When I do migrate the bulk cards, the format doesn’t seem to get transposed properly.

My company has an Enterprise plan with multiple teams.A user with a free restricted license wants to move a board that he owns from one team to another but the destination team is not showing up in the drop down.He is a member of both teams, and both teams allow movement of boards between teams.Does it have to do with the fact that he has a free restricted license? I’m not quite sure what to do next.

Is it possible to create high fidelity landing pages in Miro to design in Wordpress? I know it’s possible to export CSS from Figma but I’m not sure if it’s possible for Miro? (I don’t know how to use Figma). Otherwise, how does one go about converting a beautifully designed page in Miro and bringing it to life on Wordpress?

Dear Miro Community, I was using the trial period of subscription, and i didn’t realize that it was over and my debit card has been charged $152. I immediately submitted a ticket in micro support for a refund as I do not need this subscription service. I did receive a confirmation email that my ticket has been received but after that I have received no reply. It has been almost 48 hours, and I am seriously concerned about it. For me, $152 is a lot of amount. I sent a reminder message in the same ticket today, but still no reply from the Miro Support team. Kindly, please help me refund my money, I am completely broke! i would really appreciate anyone in the community to help me get the refund for a service that I do not need! Looking forward for a helpful response, Fahad 

If I make a copy of a board that contains a talktrack, and later I want to delete the talktrack on the duplicate board, will that delete the talktrack entirely (i.e., from all boards) or just from the board that I am using/deleting it from?When I select to delete the talktrack from the duplicate board, I get this window message: I don’t know if library means for all other boards the talktrack is on? Alternative question: how do I delete talktracks from only one board (i.e., not from all boards where the talktrack is located)?Thank you!

Set of groups that cannot be aligned/distributed because selected one has linesI wanted to distribute these groups. I can do it with 1st 5 but not when I include the 6th. Only difference is it has lines. Miro seems to consider it to be something different.

Hello all. I need some insight. I have deleted my existing default team from when I signed up for Miro, and tried to join a team which I was invited to, but whenever I log into Miro, I get a pop-up with the request to CREATE a team, and no way to hit the plus icon to join one. Any ideas?

I cannot access any features or options when I enter Miro. I am only faced with this window, which cannot be clicked away. Can’t press escape, can’t do anything. The ONLY thing I seem to be able to do is request access for existing boards.So what if I want to create a new private personal board? Can’t do that? Why not? Didn’t Miro developers think that was a possibility? What am I missing? I already hate Miro.Wow Miro really boosting and empowering me today.  

I lost all of my boards after logging back in. Who can explain this to me?

I am trying to figure out a quick way to reference the projectid string once projects are manually created within a team. Team and Board IDs can be found in the URL, but this does not seem to be the case for Projects. What am I missing?

Hi,we are using miro free at our NGO, but do have a unit with different teams. In one of those teams the admin doesn’t work with us anymore and now we can’t change anything about the team anymore. Our IT Support doesn’t really know what to do, does anyone have an idea on how to change the admin in this team?CheersDaria

What the title says. I have a multi directory folder in a shared drive containing images. I’d like to display all those images, ideally by selecting the root folder once or maybe selecting each folder manually, together in a Miro board.The idea being we update the images in the drive and reload the new ones in the board. I can add single or multiple images but I cannot select a folder to display with the GDrive app/extension.

HelloAs I am interested in using miro for our PI planning, I was experimenting with the Miro Planner Program Board. It works fine and shows the epic coming from the board.However it does not show properly the sprints columns when I switch to them (instead of status).He is ‘loading the tickets’ and .. then stops and nothing happened.Does anyone have an idea what might gone wrong? thanks & regards Dirk

Hi, Miro heroes! I recently used Miro for the data visualization for a paper that’s about to be published, and I’m wondering - what are my responsibilities for attributing Miro? We used only Miro templates: sticky notes, SWOT, and SCAMPER.We plan to mention in the image captions that the images were created in Miro, but is that sufficient? I realize this is an odd request, but I really want to make sure I provide credit where it is due! Thanks!MC

I have an issue similar to https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/text-starts-on-left-side-of-the-cursor-4251This happens when I select (eg) a post-it and start typing before the cursor is visible. If I click on the text so the cursor appears and then start typing, the issue does not occur.I’m using Chrome on an HP Chromebook, UK Keyboard layout. I’ve never had this issue on any other app.If I connect to a Windows VM from my Chromebook the issue also occurs in Chrome. It does not occur when using Edge on my VM, but this is obviously not an option direct from my Chromebook.Is there a work around?

Hi,I’m on a free Miro account and just looked at my bank statement and Miro has been charging me for every month since February this year.Sorry for posting this here as I couldn’t seem to find a way to for a free member (who is paying) to contact anyone in customer service.Is there a way I can contact customer service to find out what is going on here.Cheers 

Hi there, We are currently using the free version of Miro, and use it a lot for process mapping.  Unfortunately, at the moment, once complete, we find it difficult to share our work as people don’t have access to Miro, and the download options available on the free version don’t provide good enough quality.  The downloads also end up not fitting well onto A3, and if they do, they are illegible.  If we were to upgrade, will we have better access to good quality downloads with various sizing options?
