I have a “starter” plan in Miro. Suddenly, during logging in,  it is asking the two-factor authentication without even explaining the process. How to turn it off? I can't see any option in the profile settings panel.

Hi @MartaSz. Indeed, this is unexpected as currently on the Enterprise Plan supports 2FA.

Two questions:

  1. Do any of the team spaces in your dashboard have this icon?

     

  2. Can you share a screenshot of the 2FA message you are seeing?
