Hi,I’ve seen this happen for weeks now. I will export a PDF of a board and some of the frames/pages in the resulting PDF will have parts missing - either an image or some text, or both. There’s no pattern whatsoever: sometimes the frame in question will only contain some text and that will be missing. Very infuriating. When I go back to the board, right-click the frame and choose ‘Copy as image’ and paste it somewhere, it works alright. However, the PDFs end up messed up.

Since October 21, as soon as I open a Timer, the “8/8” unlocked features appears in the system tray and when I close the timer, the confetti launches. Ending presentation mode has also caused the feature/confetti to appear.I have a support ticket open for this and will update this post as I hear back from the support team.

Scenario:I group two stickies together I group two more stickies together, resulting two groups of two stickies I locked all four stickies at once When I unlock the group of two groups of two stickies, the two groupings are lost, i.e., all four stickies can be moved independently.I have a support ticket open for this and will report back.

Note:I have a support ticket open for this and am just posting in case anyone is experiencing the issue and wants to subscribe to this post to receives updates as I hear back from the support team.Every time a board is launched, the select tool should be active: Sometime around May 24, 2025, I noticed that when I open any board from a new browser sessions, the select tool is active, but once I go back to the Miro dashboard and open any other board, the select tool is not active, i.e., I am in pan mode. This happens in all subsequent board openings in the same browser session. If I close the browser, open it again, and go back to a board, the select tool is active and the whole process repeats.This is happening in Windows 11 in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox; even in incognito/no browser extensions enabled. And on multiple machine, and all of my Miro accounts. And to some other Windows users whom I spoke with.

All the tasks are not in th right place. How to replace them back?

I’m being signed out from the website anytime I access any feature, sometimes I don’t even leave the login screen. I quit Miro because of this issue 8 months ago, now i’m back and I still have the same issue on a completely different computer.  I have cleared my cache and cookies and followed all the FAQ suggestions surrounding logging in, and I’ve even made a second account to no avail. This is a persistent issue, using Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. I really want to use Miro but the site is doing all it can to stop me. 

Hello,I’ve been charged monthly for an account and cannot figure out what account it is. I just made various accounts trying to figure out which email I used, and no such luck. I’ve been wanting to cancel this for months but have been unable to.

So I have just updated my MIRO account to a Starter plan which includes being able to download boards with higher resolution. But for some reason when I try to download a board it will not let me Can someone please help me. Is it because when I am on my board I am not my team….

Somthing suddenly happened with my GRID in Miro. I Think i moved it…. And then suddenly all the shapes changed size. Why does this happen? This is what is was privously: I can’t undue it…. and now need to reconstruct it as a whole… wasting my whole day.Edit: I did copy it from an older restored version.is there something i am doing wrong using the Grid?

When I use a pen, I write in one place and after I stop writing, everything that was written is suddenly transferred to another place and so on with everything, with text, with what was written, etc.

Hello,We are planning to upgrade to a Business account and would like to separate our workspace into groups that are independent from the current Miro board access permissions. Hello Everyone, My company recently joined Miro, and the question arose, after a recent resignation, What happens when a user created a few Miro Boards (That other team members are accessing), they leave the company, now what are the next steps, so that those boards do not get deleted or go in a dormant state. I seen that if you delete the user profile from Miro it’ll purge out any and all boards they have created; but does this mean if I transfer ownership, then delete profile, would Miro still consider those boards his?   Is it something as simple as transferring the ownership to myself (Admin Account) on the Miro Portal, or is there something else that should be getting done?   Any input is greatly appreciated!

Why don’t my students see timer on miro?

Good afternoon! I want to ask, do people from Ukraine have more than  3 free boards? Because my friends do and they are from Ukraine as me.

I had this idea! I am looking to create a more-or-less all-in-one place for managing my web design clients. I am currently using Trello for task management, but also need a visual space for wireframes, sitemaps and sharing mockups. Then I thought it might be possible to use Miro as a Content Hub, where clients can login, upload content for the site, such as logos, text copy, images etc. Clients can then upload Google Docs, PDFs etc. or write content into a document. Then I thought, if Miro has a Kanban template, why not use that and ditch Trello??? I could add all project related tasks and the client can see them, respond, mark as done etc. So……, I’m throwing this idea out here before I even consider using it live so that I can gauge opinions and ideas. So far, I can see a few issues:Legibility - I created this on a 32” screen so can accommodate a lot of info on the board. This would mean a lot of scrolling on a phone or a smaller laptop screen. Hello there. Looks like I cannot get access to my miro boards when using a different device (laptop)  after entering my email and password to log in. The board I see is a team board I visited recently, but not the boards I own. They’re just missing  Could you help me to fix the problem please 

Hello, in December 2024 we were billed for our yearly subsciption for the business-paket für 5 Lisences. But now our account is reduced to free. I cannot find support as there seems to be none for a “free”-version. So, how can I solve this problem? 

Hi Miro Community,I recently noticed a charge on my credit card from Miro, but I’m not sure which account it’s linked to. I was able to log in to two accounts I use, but both are on the free plan. I didn’t receive an invoice for the charge, which makes me suspect it might be from an account registered to an old email address that I no longer have access to (possibly from my previous workplace). Could someone guide me on:How to identify which account the payment is associated with? How to cancel the subscription if I can’t log in to that account?If a Miro Support team member could step in and help look up the charge using my payment details, that would be very helpful, as I want to make sure I’m not paying for an unused account. Thanks in advance!

Hello,I work alone in Austria and would like to upgrade to Starter. As I don't have or use a smartphone, I can't use an app for a transaction. However, no other option is shown to me. Who knows how I can upgrade?Thanks for your answers and enjoy your work!

I would like to be able to scatter check boxes (or some other form of to-do list toggle) around my mind map.   I have found icons that look like checked boxes, but I can’t seem to find an interactive way to check things off by clicking.

I made a mistake in hiring a free trial and not canceling, when I went to request a refund, all the assistants just sent empty tutorials and when I asked something they fired more of them. In the end, I sent 6 ATTEMPTS to support and one of them they closed before even responding to me.To be honest, I'm pretty disappointed and desperate.
