Hi, my name is Daria and I’m an English tutor. Now in my country( to be exactly in Ukraine) there are the circumstances due to which it has become such an issue to create the material for my students. Im so thankful for Your support and a possibility to create new, bright and at the same time useful material. Living in the Dnipro region, makes it’s difficult to present everything in the proper way, so I hope to get the permission for creating a new presentations and stunning material on Your platform for free.Believing to get a positive answer, as only using Your platform I can teach the Ukranian kids despite the war, which is still going in Ukraine.Best wishes,Daria
i upgraded my account to starter (yearly) , it charged my and completed my payment of 96$ and even received the email from you saying Welcome toStarter Plan . but i log in and is still in free plan , what should i do?
I paid today for the starter plan, but my profile is stuck in the free version and I am not happy. I can from past threads that this is not the first time it's happened to people, so I have no idea why Miro haven't fixed it. I have already logged out and back in, I have cleared the cache and browsing data, I have tried a completely different browser and a completely different laptop, and it still doesn't work I want someone to fix this!!!
Just got a new ipad (A16 ios version 26.6) When writing with the apple pencil the board stops responding after a few pen strokes, it won’t let me write with the pencil or pinch to zoom etc. and have to kill the app, but it’s happening within seconds.I unpaired my new Apple Pencil USB C version and then tried with my old Logi Pen and experienced the exact same behaviour. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled miro twice. iOS updated. Tried with “Only draw with stylus” option both on and off, none of which showed any change in behaviour. Not happening in other apps, like freeform etc. Not sure how to show the behaviour but please if anyone is having this freezing issue, how can i get this to work? I’m moving from an old 2020 ipad that was getting clunky in general but worked mostly fine with the Miro app.Using the web version is slightly better as it doesn’t completely freeze but it constantly moves around when my hand/palm touches the screen as the draw with stylus option seems quite poor on
I need help with a board issue. Some shapes and content on my board have disappeared unexpectedly on my important work. I can only see the lines and text for those diagrams.I already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Reviewed board history Restored an earlier version Tested in different browsers Cleared cache Opened the board in the desktop appNone of these steps brought the missing content back.
Hi - first time dropping a question but this is something thats really causing me issues - in Kanban when not working in cavas, but zoomed in view. If you open the record as a side panel it use to open on the left. and push the board further along so you could see all your columns and still have the side panel out. Its not moved to the right and covers up the end columns - so you have to close the side panel to change any data.Anyway of changing this back? Is there something I can configure?
Dear Miro Support Team, My name is Oleksandra, and I am an English teacher based in Ukraine. I use Miro for all my lessons and it has become a useful tool. I’m definitely sure that upgraded version would help me improve the quality and interactivity of my lessons. My students are fond of this platform as well, because it is incredibly convenient.I have recently learned that Ukrainians might be eligible for a free subscription and I was wondering what steps I should take to apply.Thank you in advance!Best wishes,Oleksandra
Dear Miro Team,My name is Kateryna, and I am a Polish language teacher currently living and working in Ukraine. I use Miro to create interactive lessons, vocabulary and grammar activities, and collaborative tasks for my students.I would like to ask if I could receive free access to Miro's paid features as part of the support available to Ukrainian users and educators during the ongoing war.Miro is a very valuable tool in my teaching, and free access would greatly help me continue providing engaging lessons to my students.I would be happy to provide any information or documents needed to confirm my eligibility.Thank you very much for your support and consideration!Kind regards,Kateryna.
Hey Miro Team,I am planning to include screenshots of a Miro board that I created in my Master’s thesis, which will be published on a university platform. My university has asked me to seek formal permission for the use of these images. As indicated in Miro Community discussions, users retain ownership of the content they create; however, my university requires explicit confirmation.Could Miro’s legal team please provide written permission or direct me to official documentation that confirms I am allowed to use screenshots of my own Miro boards in an academic thesis? In addition, I would like to ask about one specific image that is based on Miro’s “User Journey Mapping” template. I used this template as a starting point and adapted it to my own needs. Am I permitted to include this adapted board image in my thesis as well?Thank you very much for your assistance.Best,Anna

Hi there!I am a tutor from Ukraine and I know that your company provides assistance to Ukrainians in the form of humanitarian aid.I would be very grateful if you, due to this situation with the war, would also help me and provide access to the use of the boards to save my funds.Thank you very much for your attention!
Hello! I would like to check if the Education Plan allows enabling options like Gemini Enterprise by Miro, which is available in the marketplace?
I built out a blueprint but every time I go to use it, it tells me that there is an error creating the space. I am newer to Miro, but was able to get this to work the other day when I had less boards in it. Most of these boards are just placeholders for me and there’s nothing in them at the moment. Anyone know what to do? This is what I receive after I click “create space”
Dear Miro Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. My name is Olha Radchenko, and I am an English language teacher at the First Gymnasium named after Matviy Nomys in Ukraine. I teach students in grades one through eight, and I rely heavily on digital tools to organize my lessons. I am writing to kindly request your assistance in accessing a free premium subscription, either through your ongoing support program for Ukrainian users or the Miro Education Plan. Given the current situation in Ukraine, maintaining high-quality, interactive education for children is both challenging and crucial. Access to Miro's premium features allows me to create engaging, collaborative activities and better organize learning materials for my students during our online and hybrid classes. I would be extremely grateful for your support in upgrading my account. Please let me know if you need any additional documents, such as my teacher ID or school verification, to process this request. Thank you ver
Dear Miro Team,My name is Anastasiia, and I am an English teacher from Ukraine. I am currently living and working in Ukraine, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the support Miro has provided to Ukrainians. It truly makes a significant difference.Miro has become an important part of my teaching. I use it to make my lessons more interactive and engaging, as well as for brainstorming, vocabulary activities, and visually organizing ideas. My students really enjoy working with Miro, and it has greatly improved the learning experience, especially during online lessons. However, many Ukrainian educators are currently facing financial difficulties, which makes it challenging to pay for premium educational tools. A complimentary Miro subscription would be incredibly helpful and would allow me to continue creating dynamic, high-quality lessons without limitations. Having access to more boards would also be very useful for organizing different topics and lessons.I would therefore

Hello! I have a Free Miro account and my team was originally registered in Russia. I currently need to upgrade because I need more than three editable boards for my tutoring work. However, the Upgrade option is not available for my team.I have access to a foreign bank card and would like to purchase a Starter subscription using it. I also need to preserve my existing boards and keep them editable.Could you please clarify whether I can create or convert a paid team with the appropriate billing country while keeping my existing Miro account, and then move my existing boards to that team?I would appreciate instructions for the officially supported way to do this.
Hello,This morning, I was prompted by Miro to request access to a board that I originally created. This was unexpected because I had been actively using and viewing the board since arriving at the office. After clicking the "Request Permission" button, I was redirected to a dashboard that I had never seen before. Miro then prompted me to either create a team or delete my account. To avoid losing access, I created a team for our organization. However, after doing so, the board is no longer visible, and I have been unable to locate it.This issue caused significant disruption to my workday. I had a meeting scheduled this morning to present information from that board, and I was forced to cancel due to these technical difficulties. Can someone please help me recover access to the board or determine what happened to it? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, as the information on the board is important for ongoing projects.
For further plannings I need the Annual Calendar for 2027. Link to 2025/ 2026: https://miro.com/app/dashboard/?tpTemplate=8f676632-30e4-4046-81ef-5f049adaefe5&isCustom=false&share_link_id=515111569335 When will it be available?
I am not seeing the option. If it’s genuinely not there it’s kind of unbelievable. Why make a video if I can’t download it?This should be fixed ASAP
Hi! I have no team or board. And I have no idea how to make one. Is it a bug?Help me make new team and new boards, please
I have tried selecting them in the preferred order, I tried lining the frames up in the left>right, top>bottom, layout, I tried laying them out in one line with the frame edges touching. They come up in my pdf in the order they were created only. I’ve also tried numbering the frames in the order I’d prefer. Nothing is working. I cannot choose what order my pdf will export into.I’m not able to export the whole board because there is a mess of work around the frames. (this is for my graduate math course.)
When I used the “Share presentation” feature (to include links on internal confluence), the links initially worked, but now consistently show a “This shared content is no longer available, The widget behind this link was removed, locked, or is no longer shared on the board”.Also when I tried to copy a new link to the presentation, it immediately shows this message. Is this feature broken?
Dear Miro Support Team,I hope this email finds you well.First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible platform you have built. Miro is truly an outstanding tool that has become indispensable for my work. The interactive features and the seamless user experience make it the best platform for visual collaboration.I am writing to you because I am an English teacher currently living and working in Ukraine. As you know, we continue to face significant challenges due to the ongoing war. Despite these circumstances, I am dedicated to providing high-quality education to my students, and Miro is a vital part of my teaching process.I currently have an active paid subscription. However, I recently learned that Miro offers support programs and free access for users and educators based in Ukraine. Due to the current situation, it has become financially difficult to maintain a paid plan, but I cannot imagine my lessons without your tools.Could you please assist me in
