Hi!I can not set up integration with my Jira server.I did not see any fields in my Miro settingStep 1 - i go to Apps  Step 2 - i click on Jira cards  And nothing! 

Hi,I wanted to create a frame in A4. When I now want to resize it (by either dragging the corners or edges) the ratio switched to custom ratio and the frame is just resized in, for example, one direction. However, what I wanted was that if I resize the frame the ratio remain the same.Did I miss some feature switch or is this wrong?

Hi,I’m trying to follow instruction in respect to connect your Jira server with Miro, unfortunately i stuck during authorization. It ask me to use Jira cloud account which is not existing in my case (i have only local account on-premis).Any ideas? Maybe integration with Jira server is no longer supported?

Since this morning, on all of my browsers (Safari, Chrome, and Opera) and on the Miro app on my Mac, I am unable to upload files (any format). I have tried creating new boards and uploading to these and it doesn’t work.  I have tried clearing my cache on Safari and it doesn’t work.  I go to the upload button, then My Device, then the menu disappears and nothing happens. Is anyone else having this problem?  Assistance is greatly appreciated.  

Miro’s authentication feels like it’s trying to be more secure than my bank, and no, that’s not a compliment.It seems like I have to re-authenticate every other day. Check out the frequency of Google Enterprise accounts for example, miro should NOT be more frequent than that. When I click on a link, and have to re-authenticate, the default is to create a new account. I just clicked on a miro link that someone shared, there’s 90% chance there that the majority of people already have an account and want to just sign in. I sign in with my browser because it doesn’t open the desktop app, but then it loads, so it loads the desktop app, but the desktop app can’t authenticate itself, so it opens a browser page to authenticate, but then after that, it goes back to the desktop app and leaves the tab open. This is ridiculous. The authentication token should be system wide and if I have the desktop app installed, it should default to opening there first if possible, but at the very least, if all

In the breakout frames, it would be good to have a feature to prevent participants to edit until they joined a breakout frame.

A few days ago I created a board from my free miro account, I shared it with some colleagues and after a few days it was deleted, when trying to restore it through the board link it does not show me the option to restore board, how can I recover it? if it was known that I am the owner and it does not appear

I use miro quite often on my tablet. Since one of the newer updates, Miro automatically switches back to the drawing tool when I use my samsung pen, but I don't want to do that and it completely hinders my workflow. You can't turn this function off either.Is this a bug or is it supposed to be a feature?

I’ve searched for an answer but there doesn’t seem to be one.I’m having a problem adding an activity to a swimlane. I’ve done numerous process diagrams with swimlanes but this particular one is being a bit of a diva. It is refusing to add any more UML diagram components into the swimlanes. I can select a pre-defined activity, for example within the frame (but not on the swimlanes) and can drag it to where I want it. When I let go of the mouse button, the activity returns to its original place within the frame, outside the swimlanes. The swimlane is not locked. I’m baffled! Does anyone have any clever ideas?

Add JIRA Labels in MIRO/JIRA integration and app

Dear User community, I am sure that we have more users out there that have faced the problem on the mobile app that it is not possible to edit the data inside the cells of a table. I see that over a year ago this topic was added to wish-list: https://community.miro.com/ideas/edit-tables-on-mobile-app-5845 Has anybody found some workarounds (different feature to use for a table) - to allow users to edit data from the mobile app?

For a BPMN decision (diamond) adding text to the shape appears below it.Sometimes I want the text to be inside the shape, or to the right, so that a connector can descend down from the shape without overlapping the text. Like this  The best I can do seems to be to right align the text. which is still pretty ugly. Workaround is to add text not attached to the object.  Kinda lame but works.   Are there any other options I’m not seeing? Peter 

I can add a card via the mobile app (Android), but I can not add information to it, including the description. There are no icons for adding a date, tag, etc. When I click to add to the description, nothing happens.  

(really annoying) BUG REPORT:miro let‘s you edit a board without telling you it‘s not connected - hence, SO MANY TIMES you edit something on the board and suddenly it says… „wait for the board to synch“.. which is ALWAYS a recipe for changes lost. This is SO ANNOYING, please fix this.We really love miro at work otherwise, but this bug makes many of us prefer other tools over miro for collaborative and/or live work, which is a shame… 

I have created a Miro app and what pretty much does is that it creates Microsoft To Do Items from Miro Cards using the Graph API and specifically several Microsoft To Do Endpoints in there. My app makes use of both the Miro REST API and the Graph REST API by Microsoft. For both I need a client secret, a refresh token and an auth token to authenticate against these apis. My plan is to use service account on the Microsoft side and another service account on the Miro side (Or actually user accounts).Since the app is built using React and Typescript (As done in one of Miro´s tutorials) I have different options to store Auth Data. I of course don´t want to do that in plain text inside my application. How should I approach this? Should I use a database or a .env file? I am happy about any suggestions and answers. :)

I have a client who is looking to build a series of career maps, showcasing the relationships between and occupational data for some 60+ occupations. That number will grow over time, and each occupation will also undergo continuous updates. They’d ideally like to store all occupational data in a database that then integrates with Miro to write the occupational data into specific map objects. One of the developer forum posts I saw said that Miro maps cannot be powered/populated by external databases, but I wanted to confirm that and see if anything has since changed. Thanks!

In the past, I would embed* Google Forms from my Google Drive. The embedded image included a mini version of the form header graphic; it was visually pleasing. Now, when I try to embed a Google Form, it shows up as a generic box with generic graphics. Please advise!  Thanks in advance, AnnePS. In the “embed iframe” code menu, I’m pasting the embed code from the Google Form, located on my Google Drive.  

Hi,I need to move board between 2 teams within on Account (paid).Board is not assigned to any Project and I'm owner of that Board.In both Teams (current location and future location of the Board) I have Admin role.I see option "Move to Team" in current board options BUT in drop-down menu I don't see team that I want to choose as destination - I see other teamsI want to avoid doing that using backup because it looses comments.What could be a source of problem?
