Hi,Can anyone let me know if there’s a way to force participants view the presentation in full screen or at least where the frame fills the canvas (for them)?Similarly, is there a way (whilst in “Presentation” mode) of bringing all participants to the current frame (that you are presenting)?Thanks,Nick

Hello. I’m trying to make miro → discord integration and I need to setup webhook to get updates from miro board to notify people on discord about certain events. Is it currently possible (couldn’t find any webhook mention in Miro API)?Is there any plans to add webhooks to Miro API in near future? My team is currently migrating from Trello to Miro and this is the only inconvenience we’ve met that we can’t move our discord notifications system from Trello to Miro.

I have a free plan that only has one Miro Board. I’m using to test Miro tyo see if I’d like to spend money on a plan When I try to edit my only board, it says I can only edit the 3 most recently created board. The board I’m trying to edit is the most recent and only board. Since I’m on the free plan, I can’t contact support to ask for help to fix the issue. I’d pay for it, but if I can’t even use one board (even though they say I should be able to edit the last three), why would I want to spend any money on this product? Seems like this isn’t really for individual users who are trying to test and justify spending money. 

I am working on a MacBook Air. I have downloaded the Design Sprint template of Jake Knapp but I don’t see the Talktracks in it. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Miro’s page share function is intentionally misleading for users. If I’m trying to share my board with somebody outside my work group I would assume the link that is generated would allow external users to view my page. Miro has grouped “Invite team” and “Share page” into the exact same window and they highlight “Copy team invite link” making it most visible call to action. Sending this link forces users to sign in. If I want to share the page with somebody outside my group the “Copy board link” is this tiny unbounded text link at the bottom of the box. This is completely unclear and extremely confusing for people. Separate “Invite team” and “Share” features or change this UI. The number of times we had to trouble shoot this problem (including the permissions options) before realizing the intended link was just at the bottom of the window was incredibly frustrating, especially on a deadline. I would like to put an image inside a shape for a user persona (like the circle example on the left) I cannot find anywhere how to do it. I know it can be done as I have seen examples everywhere. Can anyone help?  

Hi lovely Miro communityI see to have a weird problem where all the miro boards that I have opened this morning have these strange background lines on them ( which weren’t there yesterday). It is also happening if I try to create a new board ( see screen shot) . Colleagues seem to be able to open the boards fine and don’t see the lines so it must be at my end somewhere.Suggestions I have received that could be causing the problem are a) laptop might need a windows update b) it could be a problem with the graphics card but I have no idea whether either of these might be causing the issue ? Can anyone help ? Thank you muchly😀

I use Miro for personal stuff - Studying, taking notes,brainstorm a book I am writing,things like that on a personal level (not an student).I want to create a couple boards to share with friend so they can add notes, ideas,help me with some subjects.I can do most of it using 2-3 boards, but they become cluttered and I want to organiza them in separate subjects, and the free plan doesn`t support my needs. Miro is very expensive for me in Brazil just to support my personal needs but I am willing to invest in Miro instead using other tools like Boardmix or Mural that would attend me on free plans but I am not sure if the Starter plan will have wat I need that is basically:10-12 boards Only 2-3 of them Shared with guests that can add/edit Others kept privateCan you guys help me figuring out if I should invest in this ?

There is a problem while i were interacting with the board T^TCurrently, the auto-save just like being activated randomly made me stop all the time so it indeed irritates me ;^; Thats the auto-save setting thing, i just want to manage the time like setting it myself.I had research where I could reach the auto-save setting before starting this topic. If its my mistake, please show me the way to manage it ;^; Im so sorry.If it isnt, please come up with some solutions ;^; Thank you.

Hi, I've duplicated a frame that included comments. Didn't notice that the comments weren't duplicated. So I started editing the original frame, deleting many comments. Shit! lot's of thoughts now lost in cyber space.. With version history I have recovered the frame. how do I now duplicate it to the board I am working on? or is there another way to retrieve deleted comments? 

Hello, I just received a Free license and I am trying to convert this to Full license as per instructions shared in the picture below. However, when I click on New Board, the pop-up window to request permission doesn’t appear.Can you please advise on what I need to do in order to start creating new boards?Many thanks!Barbara 

I’m not sure… I did not see that anywhere in pricing or description… how many MB or GB I can upload to 1) one board divided into... 2) single free account 3) single premium (starter or bussiner) account?

Hi, A user reached out saying she was prompted by Miro to upgrade when she tried to assign a board to a project. The user is a full member of an enterprise team. The board is also in an Enterprise team workspace.Curious what might prompt this? If anything. She did not own the board, but it was created by another one of our users with the same level of access (Full member apart of an enterprise team.)  

It would be helpful if notification was given when a licence is added and maybe a link to give permission for this.  Have been billed for a licence which was added in error.

Hi. I am on an education plan and I’ve just using Miro with my students (who are board editors). They like to turn on private mode and they like to hide collaborators cursors.  I know I can turn private mode off, but I am wondering if it possible to disable their availity to turn private mode on while still having them be able to edit the board,   Thanks! 

Hello,Im sure there is a simple solution I am missing here, but I tried everything that I could think of.In my company’s org chart, I have deleted employees that were in the middle of a team, and now there is a gap there I really want to close. Hello, When using the Org Chart Widget, is there a way to change a solid reporting line to a dotted line to represent indirect reporting? 

I was sent an email that states “Since you have one or more apps on the v1 Developer Platform, we encourage you to migrate your app as soon as possible” but as far as I know I am not using any v1 API (except https://api.miro.com/v1/oauth-token) so I do not understand what is meant.I do not use any SDK, just raw API calls.  The documentation is not at all clear so I’d appreciate any clarification on how I can determine if I do still have anything on the v1 platform.

i’ve been using the free plan for over a year because i need only 3 active boards and everything was okay, untill the point when one of the boards became inactive and now neither me nor my student can edit the board in any waywhat’s changed and what should i do to bring it back to being active again?

My MIRO app has just updated and I’ve noticed that I can’t change the width of the pen tool below 2.I’m using a Microsoft Surface Studio Pro and previously, the lines I drew were brilliant and accurate, they are now thick and bulky, but I can’t change them thin enough. I also used them to mark onto temporary registers, and then remove the marks later, since the update, the marks now embed as an image and I can’t delete them.
