Is there a shortcut for the textfield "insert link" on selection?

Instead of linking the entire object using CMD+K, I would like to add a link only on a specific selection from the text. I can do this by manually clicking this button.

Is there a shortcut instead?

@Razvan Andrei Surdu - With the text selected, I just paste with Ctrl-V and that text becomes a link to the URL in my clipboard (presumably it will do the same in macOS?).
