Hello, the boards in the Miro do not work, the main page opens but the boards themselves do not, I tried to open both in the browser and in the application on the PC, on the phone everything works.

If the boards won’t open on your browser or desktop app, but they do open on your phone, it suggests the issue might be related to your local device environment. Here are a few steps you can try:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try reloading Miro.

  2. Try accessing Miro in an incognito/private window or a different browser.

  3. On the desktop app, try signing out and back in again, or uninstall and reinstall the app.

  4. Disable browser extensions temporarily, especially ad blockers or privacy tools.

  5. Check your network settings — if you're on a VPN or strict firewall, it might be blocking some Miro services.

If the issue continues across multiple boards and browsers/apps, please let us know:

  • What browser (and version) you're using?

  • Are you on Windows or macOS?

  • Does this happen with all boards or just specific ones?
