All Miro training videos are to pixelated to watch.  Do I need to change a setting on my laptop?

    Just to help us narrow things down, could you let us know:

    • Which specific Miro training videos are you referring to? Could you please share some links to these videos?

    • Are you watching them through the Miro Academy, the Help Center, or directly on YouTube?

    • Which browser and device are you using?

    • Do all videos appear pixelated, or just certain ones?

    Also, if possible, could you share a short screen recording or screenshot of what you’re seeing? That would really help us better understand what might be going on.
