Good afternoon, today I had a strange problem with the boards. When working with the board, the calibration changed and because of this I can't use any elements. I try to work in one place, and all the work is done in another place, some elements simply don't work. An hour ago everything was fine, only now this problem started. I checked the mouse and everything is fine, the problem is in the Miro.
How can I fix this situation?

Hi @Alyona Pagu thanks for reporting this, and sorry to hear you're running into trouble.

It sounds like there may be a viewport desync or input calibration issue on your board — especially if your clicks and actions are registering in a different location than expected. A few things you can try right away:

  1. Clear your browser cache and refresh the Miro tab.

  2. Try opening the board in an incognito/private browser window or in a different browser altogether (e.g. Chrome vs Firefox).

  3. Check your browser zoom level (set it to 100%) and your system display settings — especially if you’re using an external monitor or a high-DPI screen.

  4. If you're using the Miro desktop app, try switching to the web version (or vice versa) to see if the issue persists.

  5. If you have access to another device, check if the same problem occurs there. This can help confirm if it’s account-related or device-specific.

If none of the above help, I recommend contacting Miro Support directly with a screen recording showing what’s happening. That’ll help the team investigate more closely.

Let us know how it goes or if anything changes!
