I was excited to use the Timeline feature for a project I’m working on. However, I need the width to fit on a normal page (8.5 x 11) for a proposal (although I plan to use the Miro board directly to help manage my project). I can increase the default width, but can’t reduce it, and I can drag a corner to resize up or down but that resizes text as well. There is plenty of space to show what I need with less width, but it seems the limitation is that the widget can’t shrink time periods to be less than X pixels and that “X” is just unnecessarily large.Am I missing something here, or is the width actually limited like I’m describing?If this is correct, what’s the best way to share this feedback directly to Miro? (I’m a longtime Miro free user, and just recently purchased a Business plan).

I followed the simple instructions in this video here to get started with my App on Miro: The issue is that I can not find my app in the side bare even if I search for the app name. How can this be and how can I fix it? Would be great to get a feedback here :) I am using the Brave browser on windows if this is relevant. But Miro normaly works for me

Using Miro Planner with JIRA integration, some fields are available in the column field option, and some are not.  These are Implementation team (Text: Team1, Team 2, etc.) and Due date (which is a text field: i.e PI12Sprint1).  Both of these are custom Jira fields, however, other custom Jira fields DO show on the dropdown.How/where do I check on Miro or Jira which fields will be included and which not?

API request https://api.miro.com/v2/boards gets 10000 boards but I have more (( How can i get ALL the boards?  

I am a hydraulic engineer, I want to define some hydraulic symbols in Miro. some thing like below pics. The auto connection points is more than 4, some of the symbols are 10 even more. Is there any tool or method to create those user defined symbols?for the symbols, those arrow start or end points are the place where I want have a auto connection points. thank you!

Hello Miro Team and Community,I had an active Education Plan on Miro, but it recently expired. I received an email on May 22, 2025, with a link to reactivate the plan. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to activate it in time, and now (as of July 13, 2025) the links in the email no longer work.As a result, my boards are locked, and I can no longer see or access them. This is a serious issue for me, because they contain important academic work.I am currently a Master's student at University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Germany, and I’m still eligible for the Education Plan and I have the university's e-mail account.My current summer semester runs until September 30, 2025, and then the winter semester begins. I urgently need access to my boards to continue my academic work.Could someone please help me with the following:- How can I return my account to the Education Plan if I missed the reactivation deadline?- Is there any way to restore access to my boards?I have attached:- A screenshot

Hello! We've been having an issue where boards are disappearing from their assigned Spaces at random. They show up if you search for them but are longer assigned to their original Space. Instead they have a "no space" designation. The only person who can search and access the board was the original creator. No one is able to access the board until after is reassigned back to the it's original Space. This problem has been occurring weekly for the past month or two. We’ve even had it happen to the same board multiple times. Has anyone else run into this issue? Any help with this problem would be great.

Hello, I was unable to access Miro for 2 days or so. The website is stuck in the loading animation.I’ve tried clearing the cache and logging in again. Hi,I was trying to share links to specific Miroverse templates (e.g. https://miro.com/app/dashboard/?miroversePath=%2Fthe-office-retrospective%2F), but the link just diverts back to the Miroverse template search area. I just received the “You asked for a better way to present. It’s here.” newsletter, and after a quick review, I’m having trouble discovering revolutionary ideas that add value over using frames and presenter mode the “old way”. I’ve been using frames with interactive elements like dot voting, commenting and sticky notes; content set up in a series of frames, laid out in a row or multiple rows on a board. The purpose: impulse lectures with continuous audience engagement.The new Slides seem to:make it easier to reorder slides/frames (and they introduce some limitations over the free-form frame approach),  introduce multi-lane slides, facilitate reskinning, recoloring slides. But I don’t quite see additional benefit or value over my current practice. Could you, skilled practitioners shed some light on your Slides-practices, what is it that you can achieve with Slides you hadn’t been able to achieve before -- with frames and presenter mode? I have two key questions before making the transition: Multiple Workspaces in Business Plan Does the Business Plan support the creation and management of multiple independent Workspaces within a single account? Specifically, I’d like to ensure that we can create separate work environments (e.g., Strategy Workspace, Innovation Workspace, etc.) and assign guests or team members to each Workspace separately, without giving them access to everything across the organization. Hello,I’m experiencing a serious issue with one of my Miro boards, where I’ve been creating lesson materials for over a year. Today I opened the board (name: korean, owner: VoVa_16) and noticed that most of the frames with content have disappeared. I’m sure I opened the correct board (via Dashboard), but I can’t find any frames — neither by zooming out/in, nor via the Frames panel. I started creating a board, and I hadn’t created an account as I was testing the software out. There was a notification at the top saying “You only have xx time to save your board. Register now to save your board”. So I clicked it and registered, yet my board has disappeared and seems to have been deleted after all my work. Where has it gone?
