QR Sticky notes have stopped working, I have tried to create new boards and new codes, I have the same issue - error message when submitting the notes.
I have a presentation in 1 hour….
Any advice?

Hi
I just reproduced what might be the same issue you're experiencing (see screenshot below). The error reads:
“This could be because the frame was deleted, or a rate limit was hit. (Tip: Ask the facilitator to generate a new QR code and try again.)”
Can you confirm — is this the same error you were seeing yesterday when trying to submit a sticky?
If so, it’s likely that:
The linked frame was moved, deleted, or renamed after generating the QR code.
Or the QR code expired or hit a usage limit.
To resolve it quickly:
Please try generating a new QR code linked to an existing frame on the board.
Make sure the frame still exists and hasn’t been renamed or deleted.
Let us know if the issue persists even with a new QR code — we can escalate it to Support right away if needed.
Thanks for reaching out. I regenerated the QR code (. Multiple times) , tried a new board, and all of the above but the same issue persisted.
I’m having the same issue, I even tried creating a new account to see if it was in my end and it doesn’t solved it. Even tried using a friend’s phone and it also doesn’t work.
Thank you for the update,
To this end, I’ll have this case converted into a support ticket so the team can investigate. Both of you will be reached out by supports shortly. Let me know if you need more assistance.
I have tried again today and the issue persists. I have another workshop scheduled for tomorrow, I am a recent adopter of the Miro boards for my collaborative workshops. I hope this isn't a common occurrence?
I have tried again and now it seems to work normally, grats!
