Hi I am having trouble downloading my art boards to high quality PDF, I haven't had this issue before, seems to be just today (when I need to print)!

 

Ive tried using different browsers, app rather than browser, clearing cookies, trying to split it into smaller pieces on the board, moving to diff board, asking several colleagues with same Miro access to try but all of us are still getting the same error message when selecting high quality PDF rather than small pdf. 

 

any help greatly appreciated!

I am having the same issue today with two boards, both of which I am the owner for. I can’t see a resolution explanation on this thread but keen to know if anyone tried something which got it to work?

I am having the same issue. I am trying to export 7 frames of my board as a PDF but it keeps taking ages and then saying “there was a problem exporting the PDF”. 

Please help :)

The issue with high-quality PDF export is currently reproducible, and we've already reported it to the team for investigation.

 

I’ve also gone ahead and converted your case into a support ticket, so it’s officially tracked and linked to the ongoing investigation. As soon as I hear back with any updates or steps that might help resolve this, I’ll update this thread right away.

Hi I am having the same issue and I use Miro as a business critical item for a multinational. I would like this suport issue tracked too as if it cannot get fixed then I will need to migrate our company away from the app and I REALLY dont want to do that.
