How to increase the text limit?

If you are using the Text object, you could try the Doc object instead (it allows for more text input). However, you can not  alter any Miro object’s text limits.

Can I use imbeded word docs or something?

Yes, if you are on a paid or Education subscription – more on embed integrations here.

Otherwise, you will be limited to linking to an external document.
