I have a Miro account, but wanted to buy 5 new licenses for another organisation. When I completed the online order I thought I was buying ‘fresh’ but the 5 licenses seem to be linked to my existing account. I assume I need Miro to cancel the order and then I try and put it through again and make sure I am logged out of my existing account this time. They cannot be connected to the other organisation. Also, I need the invoice in UK£ - I work for the public sector and we are not set up to pay things in dollars, plus if I convert the conversion rate will be at that ‘point in time’ not the rate Miro did.
