My MIRO app is no longer available in Teams - not sure what or when this happened...WRIKE is still there however??

Thanks for sharing the screenshot, @MSVerruto — it helps a lot.

Since you’re seeing “This app cannot be found,” this is likely due to one of the following:

  1. Your Microsoft Teams admin has disabled the Miro app

    • Admins can control which third-party apps are visible or allowed in your organization.

    • Even if it worked before, it may have been recently restricted.

  2. Permissions or policy changes

    • There may have been a company-wide policy update or Teams environment change that removed access to certain apps (Miro included).

I suggest the following:

  • Contact your IT/Admin team
    Ask them to check if:

    • The Miro app is allowed in the Teams admin center

    • Your user or group still has permissions to install third-party apps

  • Use Miro via browser in the meantime
You can still access all your Miro boards through miro.com while the Teams integration is being sorted out.

Hope this helps!

FWIW I did a quick check, and the Miro app is still working just fine in our MS Teams!
