Hey everybody, I’m working on a rather complex swimlane diagram which shows a very annoying snapping behaviour of it’s lines. See the video below. It is especially annoying that the lines snap to completely non-sensical configurations even though there is no work done on the lines.Is there a way to turn this off? 

Had hard time this morning, trying to figure out how “Network” or “iPhone” is relevant to my template search query 😅

Hello, I was very excited to find the layers function. Being able to easily lock down everything on a “facilitator’s level” was a dream come true. My thought was that I could have a seperate “Participants’ Level” where stickies & dot voting etc. would be accessible without the risk of participants messing up the underlying design elements. But during the workshop in my pilot experiment, I had issues with participants losing stickies behind frames or having them get locked & be unlockable because they were seemingly added to the wrong level? Also, using levels seems to have broken all of the in-board navigation links I made between sections of the board. Just wondering if this is a misunderstanding of the functionality on my part? Or a function that is still in development? Or if there is some additional guidance or demo video or something to help me understand & use the tool appropriately? Hi,i want to use Talktrack in my Retros and Presentations and i just start to play a bit around with Talktracks. My problem: even though i record the Talktrack with the right micro & camera once i playback the video there is no sound. And no: mute is switched off and yes, the volume is turned on What can be the solution?Looking forward to hearing your comments on this

Hello! There has been a sublte change in my miro user experience. Before, you could hover a mouse over an item on your board, click on it and change its position without the item being highlighted. It looked neat and satisfying, as if you are dealing with real life 2d objects. Now, you hover your mouse, click on the item to replace it, and the item gets highlighted, it literally ruins the whole experience for me! why is that suddenly a thing? how do i turn this off?

I have an image with 3 connected lines and I’d like to delete the image to use another one.When I delete the shape all connected lines get deleted as well and I don’t want to redo them all.I can disconnect lines one by one but that is a bit tedious.Any tips would be appreciated. Thank. SeB.

Hi, I am using the timeline template https://miro.com/templates/timeline-template/ . I used it on a board, which I am sharing with other colleagues. While most of them can view the timeline, one cannot. Instead there is the following error message visible: synced view  - you do not have permission to view this data - request access.I assume that there are some permissions to use a table necessary - but cannot figure out how to find out or even change it. Furthermore, the person who has no access is new to miro - so there cannot be any worng settings… any ideas? 

I lost all my boards but I don’t know why. I was in the team that Miro gives you when you log in the first time. Suddenly the team disappeared with all my boards. I tried to use the links to the boards (as written in FAQs) but it asks me to send a request to the admin, who doesn’t respond. Anyone with a similar problem can help?Thank you :)

 I just opened an older board I had and the tables I had are now out of place. They are much longer than they should be and can only be scaled. They cannot be sized vertically or horizontally.The table used to be centred within the yellow rectangleThe text didn’t used to be a serif font.I’m not sure about the background, if that used to be white.When I edit, the form appear all the way to the left:I’m not finding any very good suitable replacement for this widget. Short of using a grid and manually drawing up the table by hand.Anyone seen this before? Any fixes or workarounds?

Hi, Miro Community!I have been using Miro and still enjoy it very much, but I would like to request a refund for an additional user who wasn’t added to my account, even though was never in my admin panel. I truly hope that the Miro Support will understand my situation and accommodate my request by refunding the charges for these 10 months. Also, there is no option to change it. Thank you very much!

Hi I’m on an education plan. All my content has disappeared. I followed another thread which said to use command A to select everything and it shows I have 400 objects on the board then option 1 to zoom out to see everything on the boards. I did this but still nothing shows. All my boards are the same. I’m desperate as I need this to teach my class on Monday. So grateful for any ideas. Below is zoomed out to 2%.

First off, I’m super psyched about this new feature!!!  Once it becomes more functional, I expect to use it very regularly.My first time using this feature resulted in a loss of formatting upon enabling sync.  Is anyone else having this problem?BEFORE ENABLING SYNCAFTER ENABLING SYNC 

I unpinned the pen feature by accident and now I can’t find it in the tools. When I click ‘search for more tools’ I get a refused to connect screen.

You can put the original SVG image on the board by using the created drag and drop function. I want to change the aspect ratio of the image. Is there any way? I tried putting preserveAspectRatio = "none" in the SVG element, but I couldn't.

As the subject says, I’d like to be able to start the iPad app and have it go to the board selection screen rather than have it immediately create me a new board.  This is very annoying as I frequently I want to launch the app and then go view/edit a previously created board.  Instead I have to exit out of the newly created board, then delete it so I don’t end up with a bunch of Untitled boards littering up my view.  Clicking the New Board button when I actually want a new board would be much preferred (which is how the web application works). Hopefully there is something simple that I am overlooking, but I just can’t seem to find it.  Any help appreciated, thanks,   Matt
