Hello,

I’m a new user. I login and see the dashboard at https://miro.com/app/dashboard/. A popup asks if I want to join my org. Of course I do so I click Ask to join. The popup won’t go away and I reload the dashboard and it is still there. We have a corporate license. I just want to start but can’t get rid of the popup. I searched online - how can I just get started? Seems support is hard to find or lacking behind lots of logins etc.

Should note that I’m a corporate user, corporate license, and just using standard web / Chrome.

@saemiller If you are being prompted and have used the ask to join a team action, then you will need to wait for someone who administers those requests to approve it (this would be someone within your org). Or, someone in your org with the role of Company Admin in your Miro subscription will need to add you to a team.

Once you have been added to a team, you could follow these steps to submit tickets with the Miro support team for future support requests re using Miro: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020185799-Contacting-Miro-Support#h_01F010RXA0E1S9C0WFQYX75R6C

Since you are aware that your org has a Miro license, I would suggest that you inquire internally as to who manages your Miro accounts, e.g., an internal IT help desk.
