I'm on a paid plan but it's still asking me to upgrade when printing to higher quality PDF

How I can’t print on the paid plan? Do I need to be the owner of the board as well?

      It’s possible that the board you’re trying to export in higher-quality PDF is stored under a Free plan. Even though your account is on a paid plan, the plan applies per team, not per individual profile — so features depend on the team the board belongs to.

      Please try the following:

      1. Duplicate the board and move the duplicate to your own paid team.

      2. Then try exporting the PDF again in higher quality.

      If this doesn’t resolve the issue — or if the board is already in a paid plan — please share a short video showing what happens when you attempt the export. That will help me try to replicate the issue and find a suitable workaround for you.
