Goodday,

 

we've been using Miro for about 3 years now. But since last week ( or last 2 or 3 weeks ) all users receive daily update and weekly update mails, out of the blue. A lot of people report the emails as spam, which creates a situation that people who really need to receive notification email dont receive their emails.

 

  • Did something changed?
  • and if something is changed, how can i turn that change back 😁

Issue is clarified. Not solved but at least i know it is part of your recent communication campaign.

 

btw, i knew it was not spam. But people in our organisation ( 800+ ) are all of a sudden getting mail from Miro and they all mark them as spam as they think this is a test from our security department again 🤣
