Has anyone figured out how to play/embed their Spotify in a Miro session?

I cannot see my tasks from the left side on my time table on the right side. Drag and drop isn´t possible? CAn someone please help me? Thank you! 

Hi I am using this templat: https://miro.com/templates/timeline-template/ and unfortunately cannot figure out, how to dlete rows as neither the task description on the right nor the actual task in the timeline show the three dots or a delete button. 

I have a Miro account with the email which has “@xxxx.jp”. Then we changed the company domain to “@xxxx.co.jp”, and I tried to change the email settings from “.jp” to “.co.jp”. However, the Miro app shows the error message: "Sorry, this email is already registered. Please use a different email address.”Additionally, when I try to log in to Miro with Microsoft SSO of “.co.jp” on Safari, I can log in, but the email value in the settings page shows “.jp”.Do you know how I can change my email address to the new domain? We did not change the Microsoft account which set “.jp” or “.co.jp”

Today when I accessed Miro, most of my boards had disappeared, the boards were updated 6 months ago and there is no billing history despite paying by credit card. Has this happened to anyone else? Any tips? I'm desperate!

My company has recently upgraded to Enterprise plan and now I wish to set the default license type for new members (without needing to do it manually) as free restricted.

I use Windows 11 and the installed Miro application v. 0.10.80.When I edit a simple text like this …… it happens that the Enter button stops working and I cannot add additional lines.I could not figure out what triggers the problem.When I close the Miro App and start it again, the problem is solved – until next time.Yesterday it happened 3-4 times within 30 minutes so it becomes annoying and disruptive for creativity.Someone who has seen that issue?

I have a Miro board that I've linked to Smartsheet.   My team and I have been using this board for several months, pulling in line items from Smartsheet as cards.However, today we're unable to select our Smartsheet and choose rows for importing. I can see the sheet name in the Select Sheet field — it attempts to load the line items but then reverts to the message: "Select Sheet to Start Adding Rows." I’m able to select other sheets that have less data and am able to pull those cards onto my miro board.  So I’m curious if I hit a size limit and what is that limit.

I just paid for starter. Invoice even says “starter_monthly” but for some odd reason im still under the free account with a max of 3 boards. How can we fix this?

Hello Miro Community,I’m facing an issue with a Miro boards that I created. I was the only person editing the board, but now I see that the ownership has been transferred to a person I DON’T KNOW who is a team admin of people I don’t know and I am its member, and I can no longer edit/delete the boards I CREATED AND MANAGED because the ownership belongs to one of the people in this team of complete strangers. This is quite frustrating, as I was the original creator and was managing it alone.I created the boards and was the only one editing them, so I’m really confused as to how this happened. I didn’t create this team, and now the boards I made are under someone else’s ownership.If anyone has experienced something similar or knows how to fix this issue, I’d really appreciate your help.

Hi all For a while now every time I paste a link the embedded version does not show up. It ends up as a regular text box. I read in an old post to paste into a notepad and then into the board, but that doesn’t help.I think maybe once in the last 4 months it worked.Anyone have any suggestions on what to try? I use the browser version, but downloaded the Miro app to test this and it didn’t help.

Hi,I am trying to recover access to my boards on my educational plan. I cannot login anymore, because somehow it does not accept my password anymore and I can’t reset it, because it seems like the boards were on my old account. That account is linked to an email, that does not exist anymore, because I switched universities. I am using my new account now, but need these boards on the other account. I don’t know how to regain access to these boards.Would really appreciate any help.Thanks!

Is it possible for the timeline view to show how a task is tracking.It is great to see the tasks start and end date but it would be even better if we could see whether the tasks is on track to be completed by the due date within the bar.i.e. The timeline view shows a coloured bar next to the task from start to end. It would be great if within the bar there was a line that showed current status of the task which would provide a visual reference on whether the task is on track to reach the end date on time or not. This could be tracked by entering in a % on how much of the task is actually completed.Hope this is clear.

Hi, I have a problem in the last week… Every time I enter in my miro Board, or I want to look/change some setting (both in profile, in boards, and in projects’ collector) Miro make me start the sign-in procedure and make me create a new board. It’s a loop that doesn’t allow me to do anything in my profile or to change any setting anywhere. I can continue to work on my boards, but I can’t add collaborators and neither change their permission access.If anyone have any idea about why is it happing, please help me. Or have a similar problem, let me know how to contact Miro-Support. Thank you!

A number of text fields in the Roadmap Planning blueprint cannot be changed. For example, in the Team Strategy & Goals frame on any of the Team Worksheets, it is possible to change the Company Objective card but not so for any of the Key Result cards. Instead, the side panel says “You don’t have access to edit this record” (even though I am the board owner). Is this a bug or a permissions issue that is somehow preventing me from accessing the OKRs table?

My internet works pretty well as far I can tell. Other apps work well without any disruptions but Miro has been very frustrating to use - it keeps disconnecting every 5 seconds, making a 10 minute task turn into an over 30-min task! I never had these issues with Miro until a few weeks back - I never made any changes to my internet provider or system. It’s impossible to continue working this way. Anyone facing this issue? How are you dealing with it?

As it says, I don’t want my users to ‘trial’ Miro - we have licenses and we (IT) assign and unassign them according to an internal request/approval process.How do I turn off the ability for users to undertake a trial??

I tried the new Flip Card beta. I can create a flip card but I am unable to add text to it. When I click on the card and try to type text, nothing happens. Its like the keyboard input is not recognized. I get keyboard shortcuts but no text.
