How to contact customer support?

I thought I was adding guests invitations to my account, but they are apparently now members.  My account was automatically charged for 4 members.  I removed them, but my annual fee appears to be locked in for the year.  This was a mistake, and can be evidenced by the non-use from 2 of the other members.  Who can I speak with to find a solution?

Thanks for reaching out. Since this involves billing and subscription changes, the best way to resolve it is to contact the Support team so they can review the charge and your workspace activity.

You can submit a request by following these steps:

  1. From the Miro dashboard, select your avatar in the top-right corner.

  2. Open Learning Center.

  3. Select Contact support.

  4. Choose the topic that best matches your request.

  5. Complete the support request form and click Submit.

Once submitted, the Billing team will be able to review your case and advise on possible options.
