I want to change the theme of the random names that are assigned to guests.

That naming style usually comes from the default system template and most platforms do not allow custom themes for guest auto-generated names. You can check if there is a branding or team settings option that lets you adjust guest display names, otherwise it is typically fixed by the platform. If customization is not supported, the only workaround would be manually renaming guests after they join or requesting the platform to add more flexible naming options.

Thank you for your prompt response. I do not see a way to manually rename a guest after they join. I’m currently on the free plan.

Hi ​@Darlene L Pike Thanks for sharing your feedback! At the moment, Miro automatically assigns guest names when users join a board without signing in, and there isn’t currently an option to customize those default labels.
