Remove member educational plan

Hi

I am a member of a team on an Educational plan. We need to remove some other members that are no longer working for us. If I go to ‘members’ and click the three dots, there is no ‘delete from the team’ only ‘user details’. How can I manage this?

Managing or removing members in Miro requires Admin permissions. If you only see User details and not the option to remove members, it likely means you don’t currently have admin access for the team. Kindly reach out to your team Admin and request them to remove certain users.

 

If the current admin is inactive or no longer with your organization, one possible option is to contact your IT department and ask if they can grant you access to the admin’s email account. This would allow you to reset the password and sign in to the admin’s Miro profile, so you can manage the team and remove users as needed.

Once you have admin access, you should be able to manage members from the Team settings → Active users section.
