The board I made and I can’t access on. When I use PC version, it’s ok to open it; but when I use the app on Ipad, it keeps popping up a screen like the below picture. How can I fix it? 

Hello! Please help me to solve the problem.Every time I put a sticker, text, a picture etc. on the board, it swithes to selection mode (?). I mean erlier I could put an object on the board and immediately start moving around the board using the left button of my mouse.Now every time I put an object on the board the left button of the mouse became “select”. And I can move around the board using the right button of the mouse only.It’s uncomfortable to switch “select” off every time. How can I remove this function?

 I’d like to make the best use of my new 4K external display but if I increase the browser window size above a certain limit, the Miro board responsiveness drops from “smooth as a baby butt” to a “slideshow” - extremely sluggish, lagging and delayed. Here’s a video demonstrating it:https://uloz.to/file/orpq9YGU105u/sluggish-miro-on-a-4k-display-mov How to replicate:Open a Miro board in Safari on a 4K+ external monitor. Make the browser window small, check how smooth it feels. Make the window larger (width and/or height)  and at a certain point, board responsiveness dramatically drops. Has anyone encountered such an issue?Note: I checked that it’s happening on Safari but not for e.g. Firefox. I’m running it onMacbook Pro 13” M1 (2021) External display (Dell U3219Q) Big Sur 11.6 Safari 15.0 (view zoomed at 100%)

We have the Business package, and we added a full user (previously a trial member).  Said user cannot use the edit icon on a Jira Card, and gets the error message “Connection is initializing”. He does have jira access/license, but this happens regardless. He can use the Source button to open it in a new tab, but that will not be useful for our stakeholders that do not have and do not need Jira licensing.We need all users to be able to edit/view the details of the cards.Thank you. :)

When I am trying to share my Miro Board with team, it is not allowing me to share and coming with error - This board can’t be shared with email domains outside of your allowlist. To share boards with them, ask your company administrator to add their domain to your allowed domains. Under same project, they are already using another board but I am not able to share new board from same project to those users.

Hello,I was using miro in the past with my student mail in the free tier mostly by using other peoples teams but now I wanted to use my own team for all of my personal student work with the education plan.Before I applied for the education plan I accidentally deleted my free team and had to leave all the other teams to get the prompt for the free team. Then I applied with the same mail and got approved for the education plan, but my free team did not change plan. At this moment this is also my only team my account is part of. 

I have two boards. And I cannot copy content from one to the other. The app or browser reloads and the content is lost.Whiteboard copying permissions set.What could be the problem? Is it really necessary to redraw everything every time now?

How do I recover an account created with my corporate email address? My consultant contract has been terminated and I no longer am able to access my account nor my boards. I also had a full year of subscription paid and would like to change the email address to my personal email address to continue using what I paid for. 

It used to be possible to add connection lines from a group of objects and that seems to missing now with the update made to creating diagrams. As an example I have been using this UML Diagram template which has groups of squares and it’s useless now that I can’t create connection lines from grouped objects.

I’d like to be able to take Google Sheet cells and create sticky notes in Miro.  I;ve seen it done with a manual cop-and-paste, but I’d like to automate it so I can do it with several Sheet ranges.I’m wondering if Zapier, the API or some other solution is the way to go.If the API is the way to go, are there examples of using the Javascript built into Google Sheets?  

Hi, I'm signed up on the free plan and have created one board that is editable.  When I try to create another it locks the first board and says I’ve used my editable board limit.  I thought I could edit three boards under the free plan.  Has anyone else has this happen to them and does anyone know how to fix it?Gavin :)

Looks like my account was just upgraded to include the “Quick diagram creation”. However, I don’t see how to turn it off. And it’s making a lot of unnecessary boxes I have to go back and delete.

I’m just getting acquainted with the platform and haven’t yet found an answer to this question.Does private chat (in which participants message each other directly, without the host seeing it) exist in Miro? And if so, can it be disabled or is uninstalling the Chat app the only way to be sure?Thank you!

Hello All,Today, when I logged on to my account all my canvases had disappeared. The ‘All boards’ page looks as if it has been reset. Any ideas on how I can bring back my canvases, please. Some of them were not shared with anyone. While I had a few of them with shared with various participants. Thank you in advance.Regards,Stathis 

In a class of about 50 students, each student has a different project, but they use the same templates.  I want each student to have his/her own board without modifying the original or anyone else's work.What’s the easiest way for this to be done?Thank you.

Hi everyone,I have a free account with a max 3 boards and would need to delete/leave some.When doing right-click on the board the DELETE or LEAVE option (as suggested in other posts) do not appear.Do you know any other solution?Thank you!

When I type Japanese in english keyboard, first letter isn’t recognized so I type wrong a lot. (eg, kおんにちは not こんにちは) It didn’t happen but when I update this week (mid-November 2020), it happened.

I just started with miro, and there seems to be a tutorial, and it won’t vanish. A blok box at the button says ”Left click and drag to move” , and even when I do so it won’t go away. Also, most items are geryed out. WHat is going on?

I exported three frames on Friday. Two of them had broken pictures, one did not. I tried it again today (Monday) with the broken frames having changed nothing in the frames and now more of the images are broken. I tried it through the browser version and fewer of the images were broken, but still enough broken images to be a real problem. My clients need these PDFs, please help!!!!

Hey Community, to give some background first:We are part of a larger organizations and hence are bound by certain regularities. We are using SAP for all the processess from ordering to paying and in that are very much comparable to the 95% Fortune 500 companies that are supposedly using Miro.That being said, we do have multiple issues with the “Self Service Invoices” solution currently offered by Miro and here are some improvements that we would need and issues we are facing.We need to have an offer before we can create an order. (Currently that offer is only on the screen, but no actual document) (Ideal process for us: Have an offer on the screen that we can “print” as PDF and attach to our internal order.) We need a purchase order reference on the invoice - currently I can not enter that as part of the self service process (Enable me to add my PO number on the invoice during the invoice creation process) We can not accept a new bank account information with every single invoice. I’ve just joined a team who uses Miro. I need to be the admin of these boards so that I can manage the board, however the administrator user has left the business. He was the only admin.As I’m not a licensed user (because I can’t transfer the licence) I can’t even contact the support team.Does anyone know how I can solve this please?  An incredibly frustrating customer experience.
