Dear allI have created a template for an activity where all participants move using symbols and a number. Key is to stay anonymous.If participants go to the share button and click on ‘share settings’, they would see the alias names but the real email addresses. Hey, I embedded my Gsheet in Miro and it works fine but when I want to do a change or add somethin in the Gsheet directly in Miro it does not work anymore. I have a full license and I am as well the owner of the Gsheet, so I do not understand why I can not do it anymore (some weeks ago it worked!). Hi,Over the past few weeks i have been experiencing an issue whilst copy and pasting in and into Miro APP, since i updated to a new Macbook .When I try to copy and paste within Miro it only pastes the last copied item from any other software. I can only clear it by restarting the Macbook and whilst using Miro, not copying and pasting in any other software.I have reinstalled, logged out and in, Updated IOS… the problem always returnsAny ideas in how to fix?

While working with a team on a new feature, we wanted to add a template for a brainstorming session to an existing board. The new template has been created on top of other elements already present on the board.It got me wondering - what’s the point of placing the template above other elements, shouldn’t it by default always land on the very bottom as a basis for other stuff? Is there maybe an option to configure that in the application? Would make our lives much easier ;)

Hello, I am a narrative designer, it is very important for me to quickly create shapes and non-linear diagrams. In MS Viso, this can be done with a couple of clicks if you move the mouse cursor to the point (picture 1). There are problems with this in Miro: firstly, the duplicate figure is at a great distance from the original, and secondly, you cannot choose a different shape (picture 2). For example, I want a triangle to appear after the rectangle. Or, I want a red rectangle to appear after the blue rectangle. But I can not. Help me please. Thanks 

Hi allI have for a while been using the Team version of Miro, but is interested in investigating whether I can convince our IT department to buy a Enterprise version for my team and other departments.I have contacted the Miro Sales team a couple of times over the last 2 weeks through the form https://miro.com/contact/sales/?lead_source=Pricing&subject=company_plan to hear about pricing for the Enterprise version, but haven’t received any response.Does anyone know, how long a response time I can expect from the sales team at Miro?Thanks in advanceNikolaj

I work best if I can see the whole year in an Annual Planner which is organised horizontally. So January stretches from left to right, then underneath is February, etc. I need this to sync with Google Calendar. So when I make an entry into one or other of these two tools, it syncs to the other. Ideally this would all link up in some sort of project management software like Asana or Monday.com or Trello. I'm finding it difficult to figure out if this is possible. Can any experts help me figure this out? Even if this is not a current option, this could be a useful functionality to develop, to put one of the innovative project management software platforms ahead of the competition. Who can help?!?! On my board I have selected a small voting area and filtered the voting content to ‘shapes’.However when I start the vote there are + plus buttons shown against the bottom of all the content.  Whilst this content cannot be voting on, it makes the vote very confusing for the user.Is there a way of hiding + buttons against content not included in the voting area?Many thanks,Lorraine

Hello,  I would like to use a separate group of tags depending on the tool I’m in.  When I choose tags in each tool, they just accumulate.  Is there a way to separate these tags so I only see the tags that I want to see for that tool?

Hi, I’m still seeing this bug with my miro frames.  Is anyone else having this problem still? I see that it was fixed 9 months ago, and I have already opened a support ticket earlier today. Trying to find solutions so I can use Miro in a Webinar presentation tomorrow

Hi, I found a problem on using Miro in my iPad. I used my pencil wrote something, and I try to export them as the pdf, but the button “Export as PDF” is unclickable. I also tried using “Frame” function but it also did not work and the button was still in grey. Restart the app also did not work. Could you help me fix it? Thanks!

I wonder that i am not able to find the possibility to create my own icons für diagramming and to save them into a custom shape-library or shape pack. Is it alrady no feature or am i to blind to find??i wohld have a set of svg files waiting to be used on a miro boad and buildign our owne type of diagramm. :-)Thanks for your helpLes  

When I launched my board today all stacked elements have reflowed.I have a rectangle with a few text elements and some other rectangles layered over it and a table full of content next to that. Today, all of those elements are reflowing across my board and causing the frame to expand significantly.I’ve tried repositioning the elements, but they just cause the reflow to change sort order. Stacking isn’t possible.I usually work in the Mac desktop wrapper, which I updated, but I also tried in-browser (Chrome variant). My board is literally useless right now.

Hello. I have been using the extract PDF function quite a bit lately.However the last PDF i have extracted is not fully loading the content. From a PDF of 27 pages. 3 Pages are showing up as blank white. Have Tried reloading multiple times and refresh with no luck. Has anyone else had such issues? Would love some guidance. Thank you..
