I can not use voting or timer (or any of the built-in apps) in Miro when I am using my Windows app. Nothing happens when I click on the icon for timer. There is no popup where I can set the time. Same with voting, no popup.When using the web browser it works fine. Everytime I restart the app, I see that it is installing. I assume there is a problem installing the most recent version. I seem to run 0.5.3 now.I tried to uninstall from Windows 10 add/remove program meny and re-install, but it does not help.

Hi, guest account can’t copy content with comment permission. I don’t why it’s not working. In my perspective, I’m able to comment or copy content.Permission settings​​​​Guest account with comment permission 

freeze after 10 to 20 minutes . close and open again works , encounter freeze , 10 times in the last 3 hourssimple diagram with boxed  / text lines nothing fancy.both browser and app same issue .

Anytime I have tried to connect my Google Drive to Miro, I get this error message. I am trying on my IPad.Yes, I enable all the access requested.What is going on? Please, Google Drive is where I keep all my files.

Hi all, one of my past team members used the mode when he could select all sticky notes on the board to become anonymous - e.g. you see somebody types something but actually can’t see what is being typed. Then he revealed the content. I was looking for this functionality and can’t find it.Do you know about it?

When I log in via desktop, I have never had any issues with signing in.As soon as I try to sign in on tablet, it wants to redirect me to SSO but just continuously loads. I have tried all the basics like software update, disable ad blockers etc I have two “profiles” (not sure if that is the correct term) on this one email address. I read somewhere that it might be getting stuck because it does not know which “profile” to use.  I have looked into deleting the free version and keeping the paid for work version, but it looks like I will delete both. It tells me that I will delete by 3 boards, which are all on the paid for version. So somehow, I am not able to select and delete the free “profile”. So I suppose this is a two in one issue/question… Anyone able to help please?

Hello MIRO Community,When I am using MIRO app on my MacBook and I click on the Timer, it does not bring up the Timer and the icon remains blue.  It also removes the map from the bottom of the board. This has only started to happen the last 3 weeks.  Has anyone have this happen to them?I prefer to use the app, but I think as a stop gap, I can use the web version of MIRO. Thanks for your help!

Hello, I often use Miro for group work around sensitive topics, the ‘show author’ feature has thrown a huge wrench in my plans. Without a way to turn off this feature, I can’t use Miro for my sessions! For example, I have a session about vulnerability at work that I am leading. For a week before that session, we will have the Miro board open so people can enter in what makes them feel vulnerable at work, and then there will be a workshop to discuss and solve. however, if anyone can click and see who wrote a post it note, it completely removes anonymity. Choosing whether to show yourself or be anonymous is a huge benefit of Miro, PLEASE ALLOW BOARD OWNERS TO TURN OFF ‘SHOW AUTHOR’.

Good afternoon everyone!Question: why when I create a new Team, I am offered only a paid plan, but not a free version?I have a free version of Miro, at the moment 1 team with 3 boards, wanted to create a second one.Before that, a strange story happened - I “invited” a friend to Miro’s board to show her what and how, she began to create other boards and after a while I saw that I was a member of her Team (we didn’t understand how it happened, it seems then she left).So, I left her team. I don't see her now either. Now I have only 1 team. But when creating a second Team, only paid options are offered.Maybe someone had something similar, can you please tell me what to do?

I accessed our board as normal today, however all sticky notes and wireframe titles have disappeared (~300). I attempted to “unhide” without success. When I zoom in or out, the notes/titles appear briefly then disappear again. Suggestions?? 

how to open .dmmx (mind map) file with miro

Hi, we have recently moved to a new team and exported our boards to the new team. linked Jira cards, issue now is that old cards are not clickable. 

These boards people shared with me when I was teaching them. Now I don’t. But I can’t delete their boards from my homepage.   

I can add users from my Team to a Project to edit/comment/view.  However once a team member is added - how do I delete them?  Thanks. 

I’m at a loss as to why miro decided how people should use their mouse or trackpad.I am now required to use the opposite button on the mouse to navigate the board...why can’t the user decide??It’s not a real question for the community, rather a comment about user experience.

I am trying to export a frame with speech bubbles that have a white fill and colored outline.  When I export to JPEG or PDF the colored outline doesn’t export and I’m left with just white ovals in the final file.  Anyone having this issue/have you found a resolution?

I want to export a LOT of Miro Frames (all within the same board) to a multipage PDF. In Miro I created an interactive TOC on the same board (that jumps to the right frame in Miro) so that people can find what they need quickly. Is there a way to make this work in the PDF as well? Right now the TOC in the PDF wants to open the Miro file, but I want it to open a specific page on the PDF (for those who do not have Miro). Is there a way to do so? (without having to manually re-create all the links in the PDF?) Koen 

Hi, I invited a guest to view one of my boards. They say they’ve viewed it but I’m not convinced. Is there a historical log of who has viewed a board and when? As I understand the Activity Logs only relate to changes on the board. TIA

Hello, j’avais cru comprendre que ca allait arriver en  Q2 2022, mais je ne vois rien donc je pose la question. Si ca tombe j’avais juste mal compris l’annonce.Quelles sont les possibilités pour temporairement subdiviser un board en différentes zones, y cantonner des sous-groupes à ces divisions.J’insiste sur le “temporairement” parce que sinon le plus simple, c'est un board par divisions, et un board où on les reprend en “iframe”

How do you delete a post on this forum?  I posted a question earlier, then figured out the answer myself, but can’t figure out how to delete my original post with the question.

uploading (or drag and drop) a PDF onto a project board which I have done many times before and suddenly I am unable to as the message I get is the size is too large . The PDF's are approximately 400 to 460kb but pixels are too large.This is impacting on getting an image that is crisp for teams to collaborate on. I have used other work arounds but they are not as good quality or takes far too long to do.   MIRO needs to be able to handle PDF uploads of a larger size - too limiting 

Hi Miro Community,We have been trying to configure the Figma plugin with our Miro team and the ‘Install and Authorize button won’t activate for this specific team but it works for others…What am I missing here?
