I teach English online and would love to use Miro to create interactive lessons, speaking activities, vocabulary boards, and collaborative exercises for my students.I have heard that Miro may offer free access or special support for Ukrainian educators. Hello thereI think I messed my account up by changing the email address. I changed the profil email to my google mail with a tag to use the sso function but this didn’t worked out so well so I switched it back. Before this I accidently created with my other email an account which I deleted and after that I assigned my existing profil to the old email. Now when I try to login I get the error “The allowed number of accounts is exceeded. Please use a different email address.”I don’t have now access on my boards any longer :/How can I solve this without loosing my data? 

I dragged and dropped a image from a website and it fully worked. The next image said it was not supported. I tried to drag and drop the first image again and it gave me the file is not supported even though I had literally just did it with the same image. 

I can’t login to some sort of change in policy, and i don’t have access to the email address i registered the account with. I can’t contact customer support with that account (it asks me to login). I have many boards with important work-related information on this account. Please help me regain access to the account; I have the password.

We are not on a Beta program. An unprompted platform update that took place today. This update has caused catastrophic data loss across our entire organization's tenant.Following this upgrade, our global Brand assets / templetes have been completely decimated. This includes:All proprietary Organization-Wide Custom Templates All custom uploaded typography and brand fonts All saved brand color palettes, themes, and stylesMiro is now effectively useless to us. 

Hi, I am a user from Russia. I am getting a "this request has been blocked" error when trying to access my Miro account and the app. I remember that in 2024 Miro sent emails to users in Russia and Belarus stating that free accounts would still be supported. Could you please clarify why we are now blocked? Is this a permanent restriction or a technical issue? I would like to know if there is any way to restore access or export my boards, because it is literally my job and I can't work without it

Hi All,  I’ve been using the free plan for a short time. I use it to visualize and modify my own brain mapping and process flow layouts. I will never have another user within my account since I am using it as a tool for myself.  I’m looking to get more than the 3 boards the free plan allows. I noticed that the standard paid plan is for 2 users. Is there way to get the standard plan, but only pay for one user? It looks like if I subscribe to the standard plan, without using the second user, I will be paying twice as much for my user.  I know there are other tools, I just like this platform. Thank you,Bill

I would be truly grateful for the opportunity to benefit from this initiative. Miro is an important part of my teaching process. I use interactive boards to explain language concepts, prepare learning materials, and help my students actively participate in lessons. How can I log in to my account if the email address associated with it has been deleted and cannot be recovered? Is there any way to change the email address linked to the account so I can regain access?

Hello,Although both email addresses—belong to me, I accidentally activated the wrong account and paid from the wrong address. The address I intended to activate was another email. Please help me correct this mistake. Please cancel the payment I just made and activate the other account.

i had a free subscription but was billed in sept for a huge amount of money - i would like a refund and subscription cancellation but when logging in i cannot find where to cancel and there is no email for support 

Hello Miro Team, I recently attempted to register for the Miro Education Plan using my institutional email, I provided student ID and all relevant other details. However, I received an automated notification stating that new requests are not being accepted at this time, directing me to standard pricing plans. I am an active student at University of Limerick, Ireland, an accredited institution. I rely heavily on Miro's infinite canvas for my daily academic coursework, and the 3-board limit on the free tier restricts my ability to complete my work.  I understand the system is currently facing a high volume of requests. Hello Miro Team! I am a teacher at an accredited educational institution. My school does not provide teachers with institutional/educational email accounts, so I use my personal email. Hello Miro Team, I recently graduated from my studies and now my university email has been deleted. I would like to change my university email to a personal one so I can keep my boards with my thesis work. There is no support system for this on the miro website and there has been others with the same question but no steps to regaining access in the responses. Is there a verification process I can follow to change my old email to a new one?

Hello we have very strict tax rules for our organization. We cannot purchase any item and be charged taxes. We are local government. The starter plan does not allow us to enter our tax ID information and when I try to purchase there is no area for me to enter the tax id and taxes are automatically generated. How do i purchase the starter plan without being charged taxes?

I have a board of stickies each with multiple tags. I want to cluster the stickies by just 3 tags - Lets say happy, sad & neutral whilst ignoring all the other tags on the stickies. Is this possible?

I would like to use Miro with my students, however they are being told that Miro is not accepting new requests for the Education plan at this time? Does this mean my students cannot use Miro?

How much time does it take approve student education plan?  It's been over a week now and I have uploaded all the required documents, but the student plan is not activated. Please help.
