When I go to login in on the app, I press the “Send magic code”. It does appear in my inbox but if I press it in my phone emails, it opens up the web page, the same on desktop. I remain not logged in to my app on my phone no matter how long I wait. Even when using the browser version and press “open the app” it’ll come up with a login page again or the “open your email” page.There is no option to login with email and password anymore. It is frustrating as I cannot upload images from my phone onto Miro which was a brilliant, easy feature. I also know a few others on my course struggling with this issue.How can I resolve this.(For note, I have tried to: reinstall app, clear cache and data, tried on multiple devices and gone through troubleshooting)

What it says in the title: I previously had a student account, and lost access to my Miro account when I lost access to my student email. And I am unable to ask support if I could somehow regain access to the boards,or download them or something- by verifying identity or something- because it doesn’t allow direct questions or even asking questions at all without an different account, which I then had to make, because it doesn’t have a password login options and only login with an email. To the email that I have lost access to. Which is a very convoluted and unhelpful process. Hi, We are having issues with the cropping tool not working for images placed on a grid. Has anyone else noticed this issue? It’s like this: If an image is placed inside or outside a simple frame, the cropping too works. However, if the image is placed in a cell of a grid, it’s not possible to crop it - the crop handles don’t work as you’d expect. If the image is moved off the grid, it’s then possible to crop it as normal. The cropping tool isn’t entirely without function - you can select landscape or portrait for some cropping functionality but then the cropped image shows a section of a duplicated image (i.e. the ghosted image is in a different location). I’m assuming this is not the intended functionality

Hello,I would like to clarify my situation because the team I deleted was not on a Free plan. It was an active paid Starter team.While trying to remove an accidentally added second license, I mistakenly deleted the entire paid Starter team. Afterward, when I signed in again with the same email address and Miro profile, Miro opened or offered me a different Free team.I can no longer find my original paid Starter team in my dashboard. In one view, I can still see some of my old boards and my name is shown as their owner, but Miro says, “You’re not a member of this team.” When I try to open the relevant team or settings page, I receive an error.Both the deleted paid team and the Free team appear to be connected to the same email/profile, so I do not understand how to locate or access the deleted Starter team.Could you please clarify: Can a recently deleted paid Starter team and all its boards be restored? Hello,I accidentally deleted or left my Miro team while trying to remove a second paid license connected to my other Gmail account.Now Miro asks me to create a new team. I can still see my original boards, and they are listed as owned by “Emma Torikyan,” but Miro says that I am not a member of the team. When I try to access the relevant page, I receive an error.How can I restore my original team membership and regain ownership and editing access to all my boards?I have already tried signing out and signing in with both of my Gmail accounts, but I still cannot find the original team.Thank you.

I believe a technical error may have caused my account data to revert, and I urgently need your help to restore access.Here is the timeline of what happened:1. We've been facing a significant issue with GIFs lately—they're unexpectedly shrinking in size and becoming non-playable. The only temporary fix has been to delete and undo the action, which restores them. Unfortunately, this problem occurs across all platforms—desktop, web, and iPad. It's crucial that we resolve this, especially since our clients access the boards through their embedded portals, where neither deleting nor using Command Z is an option.

Good afternoon! I’m Nazar, Ukrainian Maths tutor for children, I’ve been using Miro for at least year and a half.Recently I found out that Ukrainian tutors can get Miro Premium for free, so I’m writing this request here to possibly get myself one too, because in the nearest future I plan on having more students, for which three boards will not be enough. I want to apply for the Miro Education Plan, but my university's central IT system actively blocks Microsoft 365 single sign-on connections for third-party integrations, preventing me from completing the sign-up process with my official school email address.Because of this technical restriction, I must use my personal email account  for Miro. However, the standard application form blocks me from submitting with a Gmail domain.Could you please convert this forum post into a support ticket? I have several spaces, each with set members. On my end, as of this morning, it appears as though all boards are being listed in every space. When I click on an individual board it is clearly situated in the correct space, but I am finding it very alarming and confusing that the board is visually listed in a space that it is clearly not assigned to.

Here is my case:I have used a Miro board as part of a scientific research project (dissertation) which I am about to publish as a book via the publisher SpringerNature. In order to document my research approach, I would like to include screenshots of the Miro board I created and used in the publication for illustration purposes.
