HR Case Management

HI all, I am really keen to use Miro for Case Management.

I am a HR manager, and want to be able to track investigation cases my team deal with.

For example Disciplinary. Each case would have a record, and a neat way of logging basic case details, tracking case notes during the process, reflected each stage of the process, e.g Preliminary Investigation, Disciplinary Hearing, Appeal. Would also be great to have a timeline view of each case if I wanted to do this.

Anyone have any experience with using Miro for this type of case management?

HI @James Green, thanks for reaching out!

While Miro isn’t a dedicated case-management tool, others use it effectively for visual tracking of cases and processes.

Common approaches include:

  • Tables or cards to log case details and notes

  • Timelines or Kanban-style layouts to track progress

  • Tags and colours for status or priority

Has anyone used Miro for HR case management or investigations? Please share your experiences or templates if you have them!
