Hi there,

I’m having trouble transferring my boards to a new account as the “old” account is already blocked.

My Education plan expired and is blocked, and now I have gained a new Education plan but with a new E-Mail Address.

As the “old” account is already blocked, I’m now not able to transfer (via sharing option) all the boards to the new account.

Is there any way to make this work?

Hey @FabianGampp,

If you remember the password you set for the profile connected to the previous email address, you can still sign into that Miro profile, even if you can no longer access the inbox attached to it. From there, even if the account has expired, you can do the following:

If you don't remember the password, access to the inbox is necessary to reset it, I'm afraid. There is no alternative solution, as this requirement is dictated by our privacy and security policies.
