Hi, 

We’re an Enterprise customer. I’ve been asked some questions around data security and privacy recently and so I decided to take a look around at the features which Miro offer. I came across the help section around Enterprise Guard in the help pages and I was wondering if this was an additional license or something? I don’t see the roles or some of the settings. It’s not clear in the help who gets this feature.

@Gav - I have to say that I agree with you. After attending the Enterprise Guard kickoff webinar, and reviewing the Enterprise Guard product page and related help center article, it is not clear on how/when/who gets this feature.

I would suggest that you reach out to your CSM (customer success manager) or that you use the Contact us action on this page → https://miro.com/enterprise-guard/

It is an add-on. There are some roles specific to the program, outlined here. Here is a step-by-step guide.

I’ve already looked at these pages. I think, for me, the issue I have is that it’s not at all clear what the addon pricing is or even how I would go about getting it. 

Additionally, most of the advertised features should [I believe] be included in the Enterprise sub anyway.
